This hotel is very clean, exceptionally maintained and run very well. However, if you are expecting a room with a view you might look elsewhere. I am not sure if every room is the same as ours was, but the bottoms of the windows in our room were about 5'+ off the ground. Which meant we had no view unless...

Had a great weekend at the Westin. Hotel was really nice and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Got the executive king room and it was really nice, but slightly small. Overall it was a great a great weekend with the wife.

The hotel was fine and rooms were as expected. My major complaint is that after my husband and two children swam in the pool and hot tub, they all broke out in a rash. The hot tub had a gross brown film on the bubbles floating on the top and overall the pool area was not impressive. We had to...

I booked a King bed room for a night away for my husband and I. When we got to our room we found it to be a room with two double beds. I called the front desk and told them we were given the wrong room. They said "no, you booked a Double Room". I said "no, I have a...

I stay at the Minneapolis Westin when I am in town for Business. The lobby used to be a bank with some of the features restored like the vault and bank offices which were converted into private dining rooms. The service is always wonderful and the rooms large and clean. In the winter time, I use the sky way to...

The hotel has a great ambience when you walk in, and the staff that greet you are very friendly and helpful. The parking is crazy. $34 for valet, or you pay $20+ to park around the corner in a public parking ramp. Outrageous that there are no other options for hotel guests. Parking really should be included, but understand that's...

We had a nice weekend stay, enjoying the room, the staff, and a nice dinner. The downtown hotel is close to everything even in the winter if you have a car. We drove into town and parked at the recommended but unaffiliated lot adjacent to the hotel and connected by one of many of Minneapolis's skyways. On a Saturday night...

Dear Westin Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your positive feedback about our hotel regarding our staff and great dinner experience in BANK Restaurant. We are very sorry about the negative experience you had at the parking lot across the street that is not operated by our hotel. We try to offer recommendations for alternative parking options...

A nice place to stay in Minneapolis. Beautiful Lobby....used to be a bank. We didn't try the restaurant or bar but they look very nice. You have access to the Skyway System, meaning that you can walk all around downtown without going outside in the cold winter weather. Internet access in your room is expensive, but you can get it...

I travel to the Twin Cities alot for my work and I stay in a lot of hotels. The Westing Minneapolis is the best! It is Downtown Minneapolis, just a couple of blocks from everything. It is surrounded by convenient parking ramps and conneceted to the skyway system. They have the most wonderful beds and bedding. I didn't get into...
