Beautiful and very comfortable room. The room was very quiet during my stay. Service in the lobby was very attentive. Very close to the Mate train and in walking distance to the Bank stadium. We found several excellent restaurants near the hotel.

Gym was dirty, no water, no towels. No water fountains worked in hotel. Business office didn't have paper. Had to request coffee coffeemaker in room. Front desk was very kind and apologetic. Beds were great.

This is a super cool Westin, unique because it incorporated the old Farmers and Merchants bank into its construction. The entire lobby is the old bank, keeping the original woodwork, etched glass windows, and light fixtures. The bar/restaurant takes up the entire lobby and is a really great place to grab a drink and an app before heading out to... More

The hotel was nice and the employees were very friendly and accommodating. It was a great downtown location and the rail car was close. It was a 30min ride to the Mall of America via the rail car. It was a pleasant experience and I would recommend this hotel.

The overall property is lovely but i paid $250/night to have a view of a fake bamboo tree and a concrete wall. For that price, and for this chain, one expects more. No one, not when i made the reservation or at check in, explained that i would be in a interior room with a faux-bamboo tree stuck behind the... More

I checked in for one night and the process is very easy being a platinum member. The staff didn't seem to friendly or to care if I was platinum or not. The room was a nice size and through some buildings I could see the Foshay Tower (W Hotel) out my window. The room was very over priced at nearly... More

I stayed at The Westin Minneapolis for a few days while on tour and it was an oasis. The front desk staff went above and beyond giving me step by step directions and even giving me a short description of what was in the area. The hotel was plush and elegant and the bed was pure heaven, I swear it... More

The management of this hotel has a tin ear. Hundreds of people stayed at this hotel during the 2016 Ryder Cup Golf Tournament. People were leaving the hotel on shuttle busses and by car at 5:30 a.m. Hundreds of people wanted a cup of coffee before they left the hotel. But, they don't serve coffee until 6:30 a.m. They didn't... More
