We stayed at the Westin for a birthday weekend. Bonnie and the staff were helpful and accommodating every day. The hotel’s bar area is a great place to grab a drink and do a little work, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed ourselves.

I booked two rooms at the Westin in order to attend an event at the US Bank Stadium. I had a suite upgrade on the 4th floor and a double-double on the 11th floor. Both rooms were very clean, the beds very comfortable, and the bedding very nice. The lobby bar and restaurant was quite busy. The breakfast we ate was adequate. The hotel's location provides easy access to the light rail and the skywalk system, both of which make the location ideal.

Ask the clerk to get $10 off the $35 parking rate at the recommended garage. I neglected to do so and wound up paying full rate for the first day. I would still be paying full rate for 4 days if I hadn't overheard another guest mention it. Everything else is as other reviewers describe it. There may be more hidden discounts as far as I know.

We arrived at the Westin Sat Sept 11th and were warmly greeted by Trace. He was helpful and friendly and had a great sense of humor. He even found us a Packer bar to watch the game on Sun. On Sunday we decided to order an appetizer at the restaurant and Thomas took our order. He was a wealth of information. He gave us great advice and tips to help us enjoy our stay in the downtown area. The hotel was clean and had a very interesting decor. Probably due to its history as a bank originally. My only real complaint is that in this day and age, rooms have to be updated to accommodate electronics. There weren't enough outlets especially bedside.

Nice hotel, good location, but it's GM Andy Aldrich and his staff that make it an exceptional guest experience. I travel 20 days/mo for business and Andy and staff are among the best in the country. My stay was with a large number of colleagues; the staff couldn't do enough to ensure a memorable stay. Andy and all--many were dept heads filling in at the front desk---(Chee, Nina, Kelly, another) knew nearly all of our team by name and made us feel welcomed and valued. They were attentive, friendly, and professional no matter what the request. Andy is one of the best GMs in the country--hands on in every aspect of operations--and this reflected in his staff as well. (I don't think he takes a day off.) Due to Covid, the hotel was very short-staffed, but they worked tirelessly to make it a five-star guest experience. On two nights there were large groups gathered in the restaurant and bar areas, and despite the challenges, the staff handled it. Thanks for all Andy and team. We will be back.
