Great place to stay if you’re looking for something quiet, comfortable, friendly and reasonably priced. The hotel is well-kept and met my needs well. The rooms are spacious and quiet and comfortable with a nice big desk by the window so it’s good for working and good for sleeping. Bob who work here is very friendly and accommodating. Currently, the restaurant & bar are closed due to the coronavirus epidemic. It is also close to many small restaurants where you can grab a quick bite. Great place to stay, will return again. I want to thank the staff and managers for great service.

Great place to stay if you’re looking for something quiet, comfortable, friendly and reasonably priced. I’m staying here because I work at the hospital and this is the most convenient and the closest hotel. You can get from here to the hospital without going outside. The rooms are spacious and quiet and comfortable with a nice big desk by the window so it’s good for working and good for sleeping. The people who work here are very friendly and accommodating. Currently, the restaurant is closed due to the coronavirus Epidemic as are all the other restaurants in town. However, the grocery store and a few takeout Restaurants are open at the adjacent Midtown global market. Also, there are places to eat that are open at the hospital.

we were only at the hotel for about 18 hrs but our experience was very positive. Issa the night clerk was very helpful and friendly. We were in town for a concert (downtown) and wanted to checkout the Mall of America, so this location was perfect about a 10 min drive either way.

We recently stayed for 2 nights for doctor visits and testing at Abbott Northwestern Hospital. The staff from check in, to shuttle service, restaurant and all other were so helpful, friendly and kind. We did not find the hotel or amenities to be outdated or worn. They were very comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. They are within walking distance to the hospital via an enclosed walkway if that is your preference, but the shuttle is very convenient and efficient. I would highly recommend the Sheraton Midtown any time you find yourself needing to visit Abbot Hospital. When my husband returns for surgery I will definitely stay there by myself. The area may be sketchy but the city is working on cleaning it up and we felt completely safe at the Sheraton. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is that I save those for my favorite vacation stays and luxury resorts.

The place was really clean - although the hotel is more like an "old school" hotel. No modern furniture and/or facilities. The staff was amazing and helpful. We had a misunderstanding during my reservation process and I was given the wrong information. When we arrived there, the front desk person did not hesitate to correct the problem. They offer breakfast there and have a convenient parking lot just in front of the building. Disliked · The area was a little weird, near a bus station and some other buildings. However, it can be handy in case you don't have a car. It is also close to many small restaurants where you can grab a quick bite.

Stayed 3 nights here. Had breakfast each morning which always was a bummer because the wait staff was so slow and didn’t care. Got back to room at 9:30 pm my last night to find my room had not been made up! Pretty frustrated but too tired to deal with the front desk. Next morning when I checked out the lady asked me if everything was ok during my stay. I said for the most part it was ok but my room didn’t get cleaned the day before. She only replied oh, ok. What a sorry response! Also, only 1 elevator was working. Was always waiting for the elevator because the staff workers were always in the elevator with their housekeeping carts.

I found this hotel to be pretty middle of the road. I was here on a business trip, early November. Weather was cold outside which was fine since there wasn't much to do outside of the hotel, whether on the property or nearby. Lobby area had room to sit and wait for transportation. There appeared to be plenty of parking for those that drove themselves. My room was good size, bathroom was decent as well, shower only, no bath. The hotel staff I interacted with were pleasant. Overall, just didn't find anything to stand out about this stay.

I returned from a day at a conference and found my room open after housekeeping had been in. Dishes remained in hallway all weekend that were there when I arrived. Spoke to management and all they would say is they would let housekeeping know. As a woman traveling alone this was scary and I did not feel safe especially in a neighborhood where I was warned to be careful. Disappointed in Marriott as a long time rewards member.

Jennifer Thank you very much for the feedback. I will address the food left in the hallway with the F&B team.. I will also make sure that the housekeeping staff understand the importance of making sure the rooms are secured after cleaning. If there is any thing I can do please don't hesitate to call the Hotel and ask for me.
