We got an email welcoming us however no message about hotel access being changed to take a shuttle. The all idea of booking this hotel at the airport was the proximity to avoid taking a shuttle. We thought we could access from inside the airport. This should be communicated to clients how to access the hotel. After a long flight we did not feel like walking around looking for directions. A wait for check in. The food at this hotel is terrible . We had dinner at their bar and returned the food. Cocktail prices are high. In the room: Tea bags but no kettle to make the tea. Nespresso machine is a nice touch but no sign to tell us if complimentary. Lobby breakfast was terrible. Mignature frittata and a croissant for $10? A water and a breakfast sandwich another $10...Both not eatable. Lady serving very slow... Expensive and not a value for the quality provided. Will not return.

Hello Travelfanatic2017, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I'm so sorry that you didn't thoroughly enjoy your stay with us. We do our best to communicate methods of accessing our hotel on our hotel websites to minimize confusion for our guests. We will revisit this to ensure that this is being clearly communicated to everyone. I am excited to share with you that we have just launched some new menus for LaVoya and Bradstreet, as well as some new and improved breakfast items. We want our meal offerings to be the best of any hotel near the MSP Airport, and I hope that we will have the chance to welcome you back again soon to showcase our new offerings.

I sleep in hotels around the world at least 15 nights a month with my job. This hotel ranks in my top 5 favorite. Whether it was the bartender, the front desk, or housekeeping that I have talked to they were always friendly and professional. The steak frites at the bar/restaurant is amazing and I order it every single time I have stayed here. The location is convenient to the airport. But the absolute best part is the room. The amenities are lemony and nice, many places I use my own,but not here. I have never had a dirty room or questioned if the sheets have been used. It is always immaculate. I talked about the pillows so much the last time I stayed here that my husband called and found out where he could buy them and surprised me with the best gift. The sheets and mattress are pretty perfect too. I always hope for a call from my company saying I have to stay a little longer. I recommend this hotel 100%, especially if you are in need of a great dinner and a good night’s sleep. I can’t wait to come back.

We spent one night here April 24-25. Room 821. Everything was perfect, from the pleasant and very help front desk ....kudos to Kahm and Lindsey. Also to the nice man who helped us with our bags. And every pleasant and helpful employee we encountered. Shuttle was extremely helpful getting to the airport at 5:30 am. And the room was very clean and comfortable. Used the mini fridge and Nespresso maker. A+++ I’ll be back!!!

Rude maitre’d and the most miserable bartender ever. Not only to me but the two women who checked in before me. I’d fire them both. But other than that a very nice airport hotel with a wonderful front desk staff!

Hello Steven E, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I was quite shocked to hear that you had a less than ideal experience in our restaurant. I've discussed your comments with our restaurant leadership. We want to provide a genuinely friendly atmosphere with a positive experience for everyone. I splurged on a $173 room because I had been traveling and sleeping on buses for 3 days. When I get there, they tack on a $57 fee for a kitten I had just rescued from Nicaragua. Most hotels charge $20 or so, but $57 was EXCESSIVE!! They also would not let me cancel, as it was within the 24 hours. Totally unaccommodating, and OVERPRICED!

Hello MirandaA134, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We do our best to accommodate pet owners with a one time $50 fee per stay which we keep in line with other luxury hotels in the area. We want to make sure that we are providing clean and comfortable accommodations for everyone. Next time you stay with us, ask us about our pets and points package which is a phenomenal value and a great way to save when travelling with your pets. I am happy to see that you enjoyed your room otherwise, and I hope that we have a chance to welcome you back again soon!
