The hotel smells like the carpets are never cleaned and freshened; one receptionist very friendly; the other one very grumpy, We prereserved for the company and paid 30% more than we would have been booking the same evening; Rooms are large and bathroom clean A small pool inside and a mini fitness, not ok from a price point of view

Stayed for 3 nights. Walking distance to alot of restaurant and stadium. Friendly staff. The rooms were very clean. Bed was very comfortable. One of the better breakfast I've had. I definitely recommend staying here. Also bathroom lighted mirror is amazing

We stayed one night for the gopher game. Our room was clean and spacious. The hot tub and pool were nice and clean. The breakfast offered a lot of options. The staff was friendly and helpful, gave me great suggestions for transportation to the game and made it easy to navigate my way around the city. The hotel exceeded my expectations.

Our room was located on the 3rd floor. It was very quiet and comfortable. The room was updated, modern, and was absolutely beautiful. It blew away our expectations. The bathroom was very spacious, the room included a microwave, fridge, and safe. The breakfast buffet was really good. There was a pancake maker, eggs, bacon/sausage, turkey sausage, biscuits and gravy available as well as an assortment of other things. We used the pool and hot tub and found both to be really clean and quiet. The only downside to this hotel would be that the parking is across the street in a parkade at an additional cost. Overall I would recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Stayed 4 nights to attend a conference nearby. The hotel is a block away from the Pride Parade route which was a pleasant coincidence. PROS: great hot breakfast, staff was friendly and helpful, kitchenette in the room, easy access to Downtown and Skyway connecting to the Convention Center. CONS: tiny bathroom (literally no shelf for toiletries), saw some cracks in the corners of the bathroom, sound carries easily through the walls - you can hear doors open and close and other noises in the hall, housekeeping not as thorough with the cleaning, no convenience store nearby, and the nearest non-fine dining restaurant was more than 3 big blocks away. Was also a little disappointed with reservation - I had requested for a king bed and reserved as an IHG member at least 3 months early but got a twin queen room instead. Overall it was a satisfactory stay and would recommend the hotel to others for no-frills accommodation.
