We were disappointed that, for a 5-star hotel, we felt like we would have been better off at a Super 8. Every time we left, we had to pay a $15 parking fee! There was no "continental" breakfast and to order just breakfast would have cost my family of 4 $80-$90. Free wi-fi was not offered. We were definitely disappointed...

I picked this hotel based on its proximity to Target Field, as were going to see a Twins game. The hotel was fantastic. Super clean rooms, top notch decor and amenities. Wifi is free for Hilton Honors members. There is also free wifi for AT&T customers. The location is perfect for baseball, and there is a Metro train stop 5...

About average for a large city Hilton hotel, the staff was pleasant, lobby attractive, and rooms were clean and comfortable. Of note, pricing for the rooms seemed to depend on whom I spoke with when I called and how much I asked for lower prices -- with prices for the room we had varying from the low $100s to upper...

We stayed here at the end of a whirlwind five-city baseball stadium trip in July. What a good choice! It's in a great location, has excellent service and amenities, and a very helpful staff too. I wish we'd stated there longer. When we return to Minneapolus we will definitely be staying at the downtown Hilton.

Throughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay at this fine Hilton property. From check-in to freebies in the executive lounge on the top floor - it was a grand experience which we've come to expect from most Hilton's. Everything was extremely clean from the lobby to the bathrooms. There were smiling service folks everywhere you turned. The room was well...

My colleague and I used this hotels conference rooms for a 3 day training session. The hotel is pretty much full service for all your needs. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. The hotel supplied lunch and it was of very good quality and presented well. Great place work at for work.

A very nice, well situated hotel, suitable for couples or business professionals. Not a bargain, and not "anniversary special", it was more than adequate for my two buddies and me on our way north to fish. Had hoped to economize with a double double and a roll-away but was informed at check-in that the Fire Marshall does not allow roll-aways...

So much to say about this hotel, unfortunately, most of it is disappointing. I will say the staff is friendly, but that there may not be enough of them... The checkin process was efficient, I will give them that. My room appeared nice when I first walked in, then I noticed a lot of long hair in the bathroom. Then,...

Stayed on the Executive Level (24th & 25th floor). Free light breakfast & free appetizers during cocktail hour. However the freebies did not make up for the price of the room. Room included a safe, In-room coffee service (but we received the free breakfast) & ice-bucket. Nothing really different than a less expensive room included.
