Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I am not one to leave bad reviews but this place was unbelievable . First time checking in my boyfriend asked for a different room because it was my birthday and he paid for a “premium view” and the room was facing the rooftop of the building. I had called ahead to request clean sheets and towels because of my sensitive skin and the guy at the desk said he could not see that because we had moved rooms and I need to call 24-48 hours before which I had done. Went back and forth with me multiple times about it, okay cool. Got to the room no hand soap went down to request some and an additional comforter and towels we were staying a week. Left for a couple hours came back our keys were not working?? My boyfriend went down to get new ones. Next morning was about to use one of the towels saw this huge yellow stain on it and went to the front desk. Agent was apologetic and said he would send new ones. Left and came back to find some on the bed also with small but numerous stains. Went down again same agent was apologetic assured a clean comforter and towels would be sent up. Came back a couple hours later to find 3 towels and comforter on the bed. Comforter was okay but towels had small but numerous stains as well. Went down to request check out with pictures of the stains different guy was at the desk polite about it, he called the manager of housekeeping over her name is Joanne Sanchez told her about the situation who proceded to go back and forth with us about the towels as if I was lying!! She said she made sure they were clean and said “let’s agree to disagree”. I’m sorry what?? Clear you did not why would I lie about something like that different stains, different colors and sizes. I work in customer service and that is not how you speak to paying customers especially when you’re the ones who have made numerous mistakes!! We were ready to just ask for a refund and leave but the manager going back and forth with me basically accusing me of lying because she “made sure there were no stains” was what made me write this. So if you like dirty towels, dirty hands, ripped old comforters and to be told you’re lying about said things. Then book this Hilton! Some pictures attached the third one i believe is dog hair neither me nor my boyfriend own dogs.…
I was in town for one night to see a show at the orchestra hall. I usually stay at Loews or the W, but thought I would give this place a chance. I was not disappointed. The location for that area is great. Lots of stuff in walking distance, either via the street on in the local skyway system. There is a parking ramp that is connected to the hotel. The lounge was actually pretty boisterous, but nice. Lots of people enjoying the game. The rooms were nice, modern and clean. Never heard anyone all night long. All and all a pleasant stay, at a good price in a nice location.
Location of the hotel is good. Cleanliness from a housekeeping perspective was good, room was spotless, lobby, etc clean. We did however see a mouse in our hallway. No restaurant open, there is a limited hours little shop that basically has coffee and sweets, a few sad sandwiches and salads. My biggest complaint is that despite signs, about 50% of the guests did not wear masks in the lobby and the hotel staff made no effort to correct this. I saw the same people repetitively without masks. I brought this to the staff attention, but I never saw them comment to any guest even in plain site maskless. In addition several employees wore their masks off their noses.
First of all, the location was great, and all the employees we interacted with were wonderful. However, when we got to our room, it had some cleanliness issues. Since were in the middle of a pandemic and they are touting how clean everything is, we were kind of grossed out by the greasy handprint on our door, the goldfish crackers under the nightstand, and the giant booger in the middle of the bathroom mirror.
For about a week i stayed with my husband ,The customer service at this hotel was superior & helpful , Ali reserved a great room for us We had several issues with our booking because of a mistake on Booking.com and he helped us to fix the issues and make sure we had a room for the evening,Thank you Ali . I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Minneapolis ! Will definitely be back.
