We stayed in a King Suite. We had the bed and the Grands slept on the hide-a-bed. The room was big and clean. We had a deck on the lake with a grassy area for yard games. My grandson caught 35-40 sunnies, bass and one wall eye OFF THE DOCK! We will be back for sure. Great staff and good... More

Can I do zero stars??? My parents have lived up the street from manhattens since 1970. I've seen the place open/closed/open with many owners changing hands over the years. They have had service and food issues over the years but I have never complained--manhattens was like family to me. My happy place with the best sunset in the world. I... More

My husband and I have stayed at Manhattan Beach Lodge on several occasions. We make it a point to get away for a few days in the winter to do some ice fishing on the Whitefish Chain of lakes. All the rooms face the lake and they are very spacious. They offer limited hours in the winter, however. The staff... More

We visited the lodge for a friends wedding. The wedding was beautiful and the staff at the lodge were really friendly and helpful. The room was a little outdated and the mattresses were really firm but if you like a firm mattress this is no issue. If your not big on a firm bed it can be a little hard... More

The Manhattan Beach Lodge is located in North Central Minnesota. It has lots of history and a rustic feel but has plenty of new amenities to offer. We spent a week here for our anniversary. We danced under the moonlight and quaint string lights. The room came with wine to help start our celebration off. There is plenty to do... More

The lodge is water front with pier. Great mid week stay at very reasonable price. Elvis had a show in the restaurant the day we arrived, There was a crowd of 100, many locals, for bingo on the lawn the night before departing.

A historical lodge set in a beautiful location - what could be better? The outdoor space is definitely the highlight of this place. Tiki bar down by the docks, Adirondack chairs to sit on the lawn or small beach looking out across the lake, great bar and patio area right on the green. However once you go indoors, it's disappointing.... More

Great location on the lake for perfect sunsets. We were there for a wedding and if you are looking for perfect ambience this could be the place.,the lodge is cool, and the inside bar is ok, but the gem is the area outside by the water. Small resort with minimal rooms that were ok,Mao more or less, but hanging outside... More
