Loved the location. Room was just what we needed and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were incredible. There was easily enough room for the two of us to be comfortable. Closet and hangers. Very clean. House keeping was incredible. I would definitely stay here again. My favourite of the 4 hotels I’ve tried in the city. The location in my eyes cannot be best. You’re not too close to the mayhem but also not to far. Close to the subway or a walk away from the must sees

The woman at the front desk was very inviting. Because of a blizzard we overstayed our checkout time by several hours and the manager was very kind not to charge us for the additional time we were there. It was much appreciated. They had a fireplace in the lobby with good seating to sit and read a book. The room was clean and large with a king bed, fridge and microwave. The breakfast was good and there was hot coffee available 24/7. I was happy to see that they had almond milk for those of us that are dairy free. In March, this hotel that has 40 rooms was totally booked because of a snowstorm. They allowed over 200 stranded people to stay there overnight in the halls, the lobby, pool area, etc. They even had food brought in for them. That’s pretty special! Kudos to the manager and staff.

The only positive thing to say is that it was shelter from the storm. Rooms are dated. Coffee maker had water left in it from the last guest. No housekeeping for my stay of three days. After the storm the parking lot was never plowed. My rental car got stuck in the lot. Had to have someone pick me up at the gas station a block away. Came back that night and got my car unstuck. The manager said that he just talked to the plow person and he was on his way. Came back from dinner, lot still not plowed. I asked the manager about it and his reply was that I should park at the BP gas station [which was plowed out] and walk back, which I did. Also, he said that this is what I am paying for [meaning the plowing] and I said so are your customers. The next morning the lot still was unplowed and had to carry my luggage to the BP station thru 5" of slush. Finally, the breakfast buffet was a joke. Nothing there to speak of. Coffee machine was not working on the first morning I was there.. NOT recommended.

This Hotel is simply BEAUTIFUL a real diamond in the dust if you may. The POOL was simply divine and I cant wait to see what the NEW Manager has in store for this place, I was talking with her at one of the 3 near by gas stations. She is deff going to take this Hotel places!

I really liked the room. It had a sofa, desk with chair, dresser, microwave, fridge, and a king sized bed. There were a LOT of channels on the TV. The pool was very nice and warm. I was disappointed that the hot tub was out of order. I will caution others about the breakfast. It says that it is from 6-10 but there was nothing at all to eat from 6-7 am except some luke warm coffee. If you need to get going early don't count on eating here.
