Spent 3 nights here on the way back from a holiday in Devon. We packed our small tent and booked a 2 day pass at Alton Towers. The lady in reception was very welcoming and helpful when we checked in. The pitch was a good size and was sheltered under trees. The toilet block, showers and wash room were only... More

Really enjoyed our very brief visit, very helpful lady on the reception who sorted us out straight away even though it was 7:30 when we arrived, nice clean showers and toilets and lovely secluded pitch so our little girl could have a run around! Midge repellant useful and a torch as it's quite dark walking from field 7 to the... More

Myself and my girlfriend went for the weekend as a bit of a getway together from the kids. Check in was easy, they phoned beforehand and let us know the best way to do it which was helpful. Got a little lost getting there but that is what happens when you look for quiet. The first night was good and... More

The lodge itself was fantastic (squirrel) , fully equipped kitchen, good size lounge, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and on the deck a very private hot tub. Just be aware there is no phone reception as you are literally in the middle of nowhere and the Internet is paid for and with our cabin at least the TV reception depends if the... More

Very pleasant staff at reception and the men around the site. The cabin was alright. The kitchen was in need of upgrading, especially the oven and hob although plenty utensils and lovely to have milk provided in the fridge on arrival. The washer/dryer filled with water when not in use so flooded the floor when we opened the door. The... More

I stayed here for a long weekend with my fiancé. We were in Squirrel 48. The cabin itself was nice - the living area was fairly small but was clean and tidy. The TV was bigger than you'd think from looking at the photos! We had no problem with the reception on the TV. The kitchen area was a little... More

Stayed here to get together with friends and we really enjoyed. The lodge was nice, layout suited us and we loved they provided tea, coffee, milk and washing up liquid for arrival. Cleanliness could have been better in the main living area but bathroom and bedrooms were immaculate. The hot tub was amazing, much bigger than others we have stayed... More

Wonderful stay, very relaxing, lodges spacious ... No wifi or mobile reception...unless you pay extra for wifi daily. Rather dusty road through the park with potholes. Loved the hot tub, staff always polite, friendly, accommodating and unobtrusive. Milk welcome on arrival. The lodges are 4 miles from Alton Towers, so perfect for a visit. A lovely holiday .
