We stayed here for three nights and loved every minute! So many amenities to check out - the pool, spa, gym, restaurants, beach…all of it was wonderful! Our room was clean, well appointed and quiet. The daily breakfast buffet was delicious and offered so much variety. The views poolside were breathtaking and the pool bar offered all the drinks and cocktails. Never had a problem finding a lounger to lay on. The amazing staff at the desk, restaurants, pool, spa and housekeeping were so friendly, attentive and helpful. This resort was perfect for relaxing and kicking back. They even offered a free shuttle into town a few times throughout the day if you wanted to venture in to sightsee or if you wished to dine at another restaurant at any of the other affiliated resorts nearby, Such a beautiful and memorable resort!…
I would categorize this hotel as a “beach resort” within itself. Our stay was absolutely perfect and we would come back here in a heartbeat. The pool food and drinks were DELICIOUS and well worth the price! The pool is quiet, huge, and very relaxing with views of the ocean. You are also able to use any of the other 4 resort pools that are within walking distance. The beach is a short walk away down the hill and there are always open lounge chairs. We ate at Pavilion (the utopia restaurant) and the Royal restaurant during our stay because we loved staying in the area so much, and both were very good dinners! Our room was stunning, clean, and had a comfortable bed. We got the room with an outdoor jacuzzi and it was definitely worth it! We were also given a water bottle on the first night- but if you need more water you can refill at the gym (just a little tip) if you don’t want to pay for the fridge ones. Lastly, the views from the porch are breathtaking. We love love loved our stay here and would fully recommend!!!…
I booked with Tom Varghese of Travel Tom and I have to say his recommendation was SPOT ON. This is definitely the place you want to stay for your honeymoon. Amazing views of the sea and starry nights. Food was amazing and staff was friendly.
We recently stayed at this hotel and we both fell in love with it! When you enter the lobby it is absolutely beautiful, white furniture, the patios and the view of the Aegean sea is breathtaking! I do have to agree with a previous traveller that there is only a small closet to hang items tho, well in our room that is so a dresser drawer or two would be helpful. The pool at the resort is really pretty and the temperature was perfect. The included breakfast was really good! I don't know how anyone could complain about it. The drinks are on the expensive side coming from canada and having to pay in euros but you only live once. The shuttle to town was a god send bc the taxi's are very expensive here. We went into Mykonos a couple of times for dinners as well as to check it out at night. It was so amazing! If it wasn't so far away we would return soon in a heartbeat! We did an excursion with Matt from Viator Tour with a Mykonian and he was amazing! I also wrote a review on his website regarding our tour. Check him out! They provided us a bottle of wine in our room without an opener. I called down to have an opener brought to us so they came and opened the bottle in the hallway, not sure why they didn't leave the bottle opener for us to use on other bottles. There is a steamer in the room which was helpful also. The only thing we found strange was that they don't offer any coffee in the rooms. I need a coffee in the am before I do anything. We went up to the lobby to ask where we get coffee and he pointed to the coffee carafe on the table. The girl ahead of us pretty much emptied it into her water thermos and what was left was cold. Then they came and took it all away? The breakfast didn't open until much later and we had an excursion early so I didn't know where we could get coffee. We found the staff to look absolutely exhausted at breakfast and wonder if they work all day and night? They didn't see very friendly at all unless you engaged in a lengthy conversation with them but even a hello or good morning or good afternoon or evening would have been nice. The food at this hotel is very good as well and i believe they had a woman singing while we were having dinner. We only stayed at this hotel for 3 nights as we were island hopping but would tell you DEFINATELY check it out. We didn't make it down to the beach, looked beautiful but we were really busy seeing the island and ran out of time. Also it was EXTREMELY windy when we were there, lost a couple of drinks to the wind and the you were pelted with the sand which kind of hurt your legs LOL! This is not the fault of the hotel of course! Go and enjoy! It's beautiful…
It's the second time i have been there. It's an amazing cozy hotel where you can feel like at home. Very excellent food and very kind staff ( i would like to highlight the kindness of the barman Akilles, of guys at beach and of the receptionists & cocierge Natalia, Cloe, and all the others i don't know the name). My personal opinion the best resort in Mykonos, maybe one of the few places that provide free beach with comfortable sunbeds and free shuttle to Mykonos town. Epharisto!
This hotel was gorgeous with the most incredible service. The staff work so hard to make your stay as personal as possible - they remember your names, they even ask about outings you went on and genuinely want your stay to be perfect. I would highly recommend you make this hotel part of your stay in Mykonos. We would also like to say a special thank you for her outstanding service to Sophia from the breakfast serving staff.
Within moments after arriving at the scenic resort, my spirits plunged and my heart raced when I discovered that I had left my passport in the seat pocket on my flight from Athens to Mykonos! I was in a panic. Fortunately, Alex was staffing the reception desk and he leapt into action phoning the airline and the lost and found at the airport. Before he could arrange for the plane to be searched, it flew back to Athens. Then I was really in a pickle! But Alex kept his cool making multiple phone calls with the airline and going down an administrative rabbit hole. Multiple calls led to a dead. Almost an hour later, he arranged for my passport to be retrieved from the plane by a police officer stationed at the airport. I appreciated the way Alex took on my problem and didn’t treat me like I was an inattentive twit (which I was) for losing such an essential document. I felt as if I was in good hands in a stressful situation far from home. Over the next few days, while I waited for my passport to be transported to Mykonos via a sea jet, he eased my worries that I wouldn’t be able to get my passport back before I had to leave the island. When I finally reported that I had successfully retrieved my passport from the ferry, he pulled a folded paper from his pocket that had his notes detailing all the people he had spoken to with their names and numbers just in case I needed additional help tracking it down! I’m so thankful for his dedication and professionalism. All the staff I encountered during my stay were warm and friendly.…
Absolutely stunning looking designer hotel. Views amazing and our room was huge with a big balcony. Amazing breakfasts but….. whilst our initial room looked amazing there was nowhere to put our clothes apart from some hangers. Where are you supposed to store smaller items apart from your suitcase? No kettle in room either and we Brits need our cuppa in the morning. However both were rectified by the charming receptionist who changed our room ( a closed wardrobe with drawers -yippee) and a kettle with t bags was delivered to our room too - phew. I did ask if we would be charged for it as you get nothing for free here! We decided due to the prices in the restaurant to be self sufficient on the first day however it quickly became apparent that there is no supermarket or shop anywhere close to walk to and so we ended up getting the shuttle bus ( this was free) into Mykonos every evening to either eat or get supplies. Every restaurant in town is also extremely expensive so make sure you budget for that. Having been to Crete and then Santorini directly before our visit to Mykonos I can categorically say that Mykonos although lovely was the most expensive. Staff at the hotel are very servile ( but also didn’t look that happy) which made us feel a bit uncomfortable ( but that’s just us) and we noticed that a lot of the other guests were quite rude - could be cultural or just too entitled and so that made us want to be all the more British and polite! We started chatting to one of the breakfast staff on our last morning as I wanted to hear about her life here. She enjoyed chatting to us and we ended up getting a big hug! Perhaps this hotel was just not ‘us’ as we do enjoy something a bit more normal and less blingy and Mykonos was lovely but I think we’ll find somewhere a bit less designer next time.…
Best Hotel in Mykonos!!! Everything was at 5 star level. Huge rooms with sea view, clean and big pool, restaurants are for Michelin stars. I want to personally thank Irina and Zoe, who from the moment of our check-in started taking care of us until the end! Their smiles made our day even better. Also to Aleksei who was our driver the whole time and told us many interesting things about the resort and the island, to Emma who serves the restaurant by the pool, an exceptional professional with an striking smile! Thank you all and we will see you next summer with great pleasure!
Excellent pool, nice beach - short walking distance, amazing breakfast (we loved the fresh strawberry juice!!). The flexible cancellation policy made us choose this hotel and it has now become our top choice in Mykonos!! Amazed at the efforts of employees to provide a great experience. We were particularly impressed by Alexander at the reception and Katerina at the pool!
