Needing a place to stay at rather short notice, I booked two rooms and dinner at The Greyhoung for my wife and myself and our daughter. Good thing too because after a long journey, were met with a very warm welcome by Tina, Wayne and their charming staff. We were shown to our rooms which whilst small'ish, were clean, attractive,...

Stayed at the Greyhound Inn whilst attending a family gathering and was really surprised at what a little gem we found. Wayne & Tina made us feel welcome, service was superb and accommodation was modern and clean throughout. Best bit was sitting in front of the wood burner sipping a bottle of nicely chilled wine. We stayed on a B&B...

We had an really lovely meal at the Greyhound Country Inn with our family on route to Cornwall. The food and service were both excellent. The pub has a lovely feel to it, quite traditional, open fire, wooden beams etc. I would definitely stop here again in the future.

Booked into this local pub for an evening meal with friends. We were given a lovely warm welcome and the staff were friendly and helpful. Nice sized tables with plenty of room between the other tables. Varied menu with everything available. Good service and the food arrived nicely presented and hot. Altogether a very pleasant evening. Will certainly be back.

Lovely atmosphere with an open fire and country style furnishings. Staff welcoming and helpful. Solid pub food. Very quiet - I think we were the only diners and one or two people in the bar - possibly due to time and being slightly off the beaten track. Lots of parking.

Nice rooms in this old style country hotel/Inn. Excellent and friendly service from the hotel team. Check-in was efficient. We ate dinner and breakfast. The Dinner menu was extensive with daily specials - food was excellent and hot with attentive service. Fully english breakfast was again excellent. Watch out for the big black friendly dog - my 5yo son loved...

I missed the turn off the A30 so got lost in Ottery St Mary but with the help of a local we found the Inn. So our arrival was a relief and turned to a delight as we experienced the hotel service and great dining at well spaced tables with a real fireplace fire in the dining room. Our en...
