We went away for our anniversary. It's a great, comfortable room with a very good breakfast and it's at a very good price. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there if I find myself in the area again. We took a day trip out to the Jeffers Petroglyphs - carvings in the stone from thousands of years ago. We also visited...

Phenomenal 3-course breakfast! Dietary restrictions accommodated. Delicious bedtime treats. Very comfortable bed. Pleasant and helpful host. Would definitely stay again. Depending on the number of guests, you may have to share a bathroom.

This Inn represents all that is interesting and exciting about Amaerica. It is intimate and welcoming. It was once a small Inn for railway workers and has been convereted into a B&B with modern conveniences. It has not lost charm, but gained it. It is comfortable and inviting. In addition it is a welcome change from the standardisation of large...

Joanne and Don have taken what used to be a rooming house for railway workers (she was there as a child) and converted it to a nice little B&B - a nice shady little cottage. They are very welcoming, showing us around, providing bottled water. The room we had wasn't en suite, but the next best thing, with a curtain...

We stayed at the Railroad Inn in July at the start of our road trip across America. The place was lovely and the hospitality shown to us by Joann and Don was great. The room was beautifully presented and cool on what was a very hot day/evening. The breakfast was excellent and served in a fantastic and homely breakfast room....

After a failed attempt booking at the cookie cutter chain, fate landed us in the welcoming hospitality of Joanne and Don. We were greeted with homemade cookies, bottled waters, and inviting warmth. Joanne toured us through the cozy B&B and to our room. Friendly, funny, and inviting, she's a perfect hostess. Add to that, a super comfortable nights sleep and...

I cannot say enough about this place. The hostess is wonderful. The house is an old railroad worker house. It is full of charm. Skip all the hotels in Jackson and come here you will not be disappointed. The breakfast was eggs, bacon, hash browns seasoned, fresh fruit, toast, homemade peach muffins, and banana bread.

The couple that owns this bed and breakfast are delightful and very personable. Our bedroom and small sitting room were decorated with a summer cottage theme. If you didn't remember to bring soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner etc., changes are good that the owners will be able have those items for you. There were two bathrooms to share, but that...

My lady friend and I were in Jackson to attend the Spring Nationals, sprint car racing event at the Jackson Speedway and decided we would stay in town afterward instead of driving home (3 hour drive), so while looking for a place to stay, we stumbled upon the Old Railroad Inn B&B. The price seemed right and we decided to...

This place gives you a genuine feel for and actual railroad inn, Complete with the rooms named for all railway lines. (Ours was a 'suite' named Santa Fe). They kind of spoiled the nostalgia by placing a TV in the room, but this was a great "step back in time." The breakfast provided, was to die for. If you're staying...
