My wife and I have just returned home from a perfect one night stay at Rookery Barn. Lynn and Tony were the most attentive hosts and made every effort to ensure our stay was the best including catering for every wish at breakfast. We were accommodated in 'Pebbles' on the ground floor - a very cosy room, spotlessly clean, and... More

Having just spent two nights at Rookery Barn whilst visiting family in a nearby village, we would not hesitate to stay there again. Great location, lovely accommodation, outstanding quality breakfast and a very warm welcome from owners Lynda and Tony. Thanks very much and we look forward to a return trip in the summer!

Booked up to spend a nice romantic weekend away, Lynda and Tony were amazing and the room was stunning, perfect for a peaceful retreat in a beautiful location, this was a first for the barn to have an engagement there and an extra special touch when we left we received a lovely card to congratulate us on our special news.... What a fantastic stay we have just had at Rookery Barn, Tony and Lynda were the most perfect hosts. Accommodation the most perfect we have ever been in and we do not use this term lightly. Generally we know what is good and what is not so good, Tony and Lynda are at the top of the tree and provide... More

We spent two nights at Rookery Barn. The accommodation is of the highest standard; the breakfasts are excellent; and Lynda and Tony are friendly, welcoming hosts. We stayed in Driftwood which is the large upstairs room with a huge comfortable bed. There is a separate bathroom on the same small landing. This area is entirely private so it's like having... Took our 16 year old granddaughter for 2 nights as she was studying the Norfolk Broads at college. We were all made welcome. We had tea and biscuits upon our arrival. Very comfortable beds and rooms with fruit and biscuits as well as tea and coffee-making facilities. Excellent choice of breakfast, nicely cooked and presented. Very friendly hosts who had... More

Nothing to say apart from every aspect of this B&B being truly excellent from the welcome by Tony and Linda to the room, to the breakfast. I am known as being fussy but I had absolutely nothing to complain about at all. Loved it!

We travelled to a family wedding and booked two rooms for two nights at Rookery Barn. Both of the rooms are extremely comfortable, the downstairs room having a private terrace within beautiful gardens, which on a summers day was an added bonus. Tony and Linda couldn't have looked after us any better and breakfast was excellent. This is high end... More
