I may be biased but I think the Twin Pines has the best breakfast in the Mille Lacs lake area. All of the staff know me and my usual. I always have the breakfast sandwich. I have it "Ann" style. Martin is the best cook!! No offense Bill and Linda! We have "our" table. Right in front of the large... More

Haven't been here in a long time. Use to stop once in a while 30 years ago as a kid on the the way to the lake. On my way home to visit family recently and stopped for a bit. Great breakfast for the area. Had a veggie omlete, it was great. Loaded. Could have split it with my kids.... More

We heard that we should try this place out for breakfast...it didn't disappoint! Huge variety of omelettes with lots of meat! Service was fine for a small inexpensive restaurant. Will for sure come back to try out some other items on the menu!

Great owners and friendly people, good food, (great breakfasts), good cabins and a fishing launch all make for a great get away experience on Lake Mille Lacs. Your not going to get 5 star dining or pull down sheet service. Its rustic atmosphere, with good prices and friendly people make for a great experience. The launch service, with its friendly... We went in to this restaurant hoping for a good meal. We left feeling sick. When we walked in, two young staff didn't greet us. When they finally saw us ...we said "where should we go? Are you open? Your sign says open".... They replied - " Sit wherever you want"....We sat @ the cleanest table we could find. Next... More

I went to Twin Pines ice fishing this past winter. The people were extremely friendly and helpful. The houses were very nice and comfortable. The food at the restaurant was absolutely amazing. Very well priced and absolutely delicious. I can promise you won't leave hungry. The atmosphere was probably the best part. The staff and bar was so much fun... More

Rented a 10 hole 6 bunk ice fishing house #21. Credit card machine didn't work at resort, paid cash. Fished 8am - 4pm. Left 4 hours early. Zero fish. Tried everything to get a fish. Dead minnows in holes and floor. Three tier bunks. Rickety table. A guy drove us out and told us not to shut off heat since... More

Stopped at twin pines a few times this year for dinner, good food and value. Always a special, usually including a decent salad bar. Separate bar dining area and a casual dining room also. Right across highway from the lake...sit outside if it's not winter!

We love the omelet's at Twin Pines. The Mexican is my favorite. My husband loves the Everything. I have also had the Seafood, which is delicious. The portions come on a platter. There is always a breakfast special on the board. Breakfast is so filling you can share it or loosen your belt because you want need to eat lunch.... More
