Upon my arrival, employee at check-in desk was very welcoming. The lobby was very neat and inviting. All interaction with staff was pleasant and friendly. Breakfast space decor made you feel like you were in a tropical place and the food was terrific.

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. When we checked in, we were given what had to be the oldest room in the building. After requesting a move, we were put in a much better room. However, between the children running up and down the hall screaming (1a), the loud music vibrating our headboard (still at 3a) and the fire alarm, sleep was hard to find. The staff were very nice. If you are looking for a quiet hotel, this is NOT it.

We had a room booked for 11/13 for my Sisters wedding. We showed up at 2 pm and were told that 3 is check in time and it's $40 to check in even 1 hr early. fine. We parked the vehicle and called an uber to go to the wedding. We came back from the reception around 9:30 to find out that they gave away our room. It was very hard to find a room anywhere so we had to spend $140 for a room elsewhere and a very spendy uber ride there and back in the morning to get our vehicle. The Counter lady was terribly rude and completely unhelpfull. This was booked through expedia so we did have a reservation.

I had a balcony room overlooking the garden. The rooms are large, clean, and great with the mini fridge and microwave. The breakfast was yummy with the cheesy scrambled eggs, and it was nice to have Eva serving the hot food from the back. Eva was extrememly helpful and nice! All the employees were nice, but I had most contact with Eva. I will definately be staying here again when I am in the area.

we booked the jacuzzi room with romance package, i was told 4 different prices just standing at the front counter, they insisted 11am was check out time even thought with the romance package was 1pm until verified it was 1pm, elevator jerked and made funny sounds, we ended uo taking the stairs after that. shower has black mold in it, the glass door was missing and they just threw up a shower curtain, the tub was dirty, the plug looked like it was from the dollar store, the caps were missing off the faucet handles, there was a burn mark on the wall, mirror was scratched. there was only enough coffee for 1 decaf cup and 1 regular cup how are both my husband and i supposed to have a cup of regular coffee? someone knocked on the door at 1120 asking if we were leaving or staying again because check out was supposed to be 11 once i said we have the romance package she just walked away. i was charged a 2nd charge for the romance package it was not included in the total price when we reserved online, manager just said oh ill pass the info along. i will never go back to this place and i will for sure let others not to also.

Place was ok for cleanliness and outward appearance. Could feel the floors were either sticky or wet, or both - had to wear shoes in the room or socks/feet were BLACK! Personal safety - the rear parking area and rear Executive Suite entry door was dirty and people sitting in cars using drugs 24/7. We started to park in the front of the hotel and walk to the back instead of exposing ourselves to this. We were in the first room inside the secured door entrance at the back, but people kept putting a rock in the door to keep it ajar!! I removed the rock before bed each night about 10pm. First night - loud - pounding, door traffic, etc until after midnight on a Tuesday. Went to the desk about 12:30am and let them know I would need a more quiet location the next evening. He was polite and apologetic. Second night - things slightly quiet by 11:15pm - but at 12:24am 3 guys were pounding for 20 minutes on the back entrance. Very concerned for my safety and my family. Third night - things were quiet by 10:45pm and I slept through the night. I would reluctantly ever stay there again. Beautiful facility, but the clientele is not family oriented, business oriented or lawful.
