Very clean hotel, very clean room! Breakfast was amazing, the staff was friendly, they fulfilled my request to put me on a low level so I was EXTREMELY happy about that. I always request low levels and never seem to get the request fulfilled at other hotels, but I did this time!! There was a group of very young girls also staying at the hotel the weekend we were there... so it was a bit noisier than it would probably normally be... but nothing to complain about there. We didn't have time to use the pool so can't comment on that.
What a great experience! Very friendly staff. Pool/hotub had been open almost all through covid. The first hotel in the to bring breakfast back. I've stayed here a few nights here and there, and will be back! Thumbs up!
Our experience here has been fantastic! The staff has been so friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure our stay is comfortable and problem free. It's evident they enjoy their job and strive to do the best for their guests!
This hotel is the definition of excellence! Customer Service is outstanding and the property is very clean. Also, this hotel is very affordable. Checking in to the hotel was a great experience. Scott was funny and made us feel right at home right away, and amazing at making sure we knew exactly where to go and how to utilize all the services the hotel provides. The room looked great and clean, definitely ready to receive guests. It is clear that cleanliness is valued at this location and given the priority it deserves. We would definitely recommend staying and would enjoy coming back to visit again!
Stayed for 6 weeks. I had several rooms as I had men with me. All went well! All of my guys were happy. Bitter cold. We worked long hours - left at 6:30 AM and returned 6:30 PM. No complaints from any of my guys.
I arrived after a 10 hour drive to the hotel and checked in. Before bringing my bags I always inspect the room first. The room smelled like chocolate and something? I checked the bathroom and the shower had black marks along the bottom like someone who walks on a gym floor with high heels. I went to the front desk and the staff was very courteous. I was told that the showers needed refinishing and was offered me a different room. This room was nicer than the prior room without the smell. It had an office desk with allowed me the option to work from the room but the shower floor was still the same. They tried, apparently it was a known issue. I just thanked him and stayed in the room. I asked for extra towels and just lined the shower floor with the towel. I didn’t have shower shoes. Other than that cosmetic complaint, my stay was pleasant.…
Two night stay. Hotel and room were clean and taking appropriate precautions for COVID. Our room smelled a little like cigarette smoke but once you were in the room for a while and had the AC on it went away. Breakfast was very lacking (two types of cereal and a glazed bun). I realize there is a pandemic ongoing but we had stayed at several other hotels this trip (including other Fairfield Inns) with much better breakfasts. We ended up going to the grocery store near by and purchased food for breakfast.
I stayed here in December when the rest of the family was sick and I was also trying to get to 25 nights for the year to retain my Gold status. It was a decent stay. The room and property were clean. The bed was comfortable. It was nice to have Pizza Luce across the parking lot for dinner. The lobby area was very small. I had a room that faced I-494 but the sound from the freeway did not bother me at all. It was a decent price to be close to sleep and get to work in the morning.
I Love, Love, Love the staff at this particular Marriott/Fairfield Inn Eden Prairie, Mn. and it is because of the staff. From the General Manager Dan Gordon (Great guy by the way) to the front desk staff Kase, Josh, James and new young lady over night and the breakfast guy. They are all very accommodating and friendly. They remember you and your little quirks which is important to me as a guest. I am a friends and family guest. I am treated like any other guest. For that I will always cater to and recommend this Fairfield Inn. For example I always have to extra sheets when Josh knows I’m coming in he has them ready. I love Kase she is so friendly and sweet. James is always very dapper in his (James Bond) look alike suits. He is always friendly and accommodating as well. The gentleman that prepares the breakfast is always happy and friendly and the food is always ready. To me this says a lot about the leadership. When I encountered Dan Gordon I got the same very accommodating, friendly and professional treatment from him as well. Not to mention I initially chose it because it was one of the cleaner Marriott Fairfield Inns. I just wanted let travelers know if you want to stay at a nice, clean hotel with great friendly and accommodating staff at a good price. I highly recommend Fairfield Inn in Eden Prairie!…
