Our room was updated. The bed was comfortable. I was concerned the hotel would be noisy because the front desk said they were full, but it was very quiet. The first floor hallway seemed a little creepy for some reason but again the room was very nice, everything worked the way it should, and the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. There is road construction in the area, like everywhere, so it was a little confusing to find.

We ended up at this hotel because another location with CHOICE cancelled our reservation without notice. By the time we arrived here with a new reservation we weren’t in the best mood but a cheery face and a helpful attitude turned us right around. I’m very impressed by the business like demeanor and friendliness of all the staff. We will definitely change our future plans to make this our MPLS stopping choice. Well done you!

This is a great property, centrally located, making a great comeback. Had too.s close to my daughter's family on par minute notice. Beds were super comfortable. Staff is wonderful and rooms are very clean and we'll kept. Will stay there again!

I stayed here the before working at a Vikings game. I want a clean hotel that is quiet (no yelling, not as concerned about road noises and such). This was exactly that. It was clean, the staff was very nice to work with, and the breakfast was hot. I’ll gladly stay here again in the future.

I stayed four nights while attending a conference in Minneapolis. Everything at the hotel was good. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room, decent breakfast (though I wish they would have rotated in the bacon more than one morning, the sausage patties aren't good), reliable Internet, convenient parking, etc. The place seems to be on the older side but is kept up nicely, so it's not a problem. There's nothing fancy about it, but that's not what I was looking for. One oddity that makes it look a little tired are the plastic corner guards attached to the walls outside each room. It looks like they were installed improperly and at first glance look to be all cracked. But it seems like that's just the way they were put on. I think it would look a lot sharper without them, or with something opaque.…

I got a much better rate than I expected to get in Minneapolis, especially for the 2 weekend days when there were several events in the city. The hotel was clean. It had just been renovated. I don’t mind a smaller room, because I am never in it much. I appreciate clean, safe, breakfast, and location. The hot breakfast had the usual offerings plus eggs and breakfast meat. Employees I encountered were very personable and polite. For those reasons, this hotel will be at the top of my list for my next visit to Minneapolis.

We have stayed here 3 times and are happy with it. King room is large. Bed and pillows are comfortable. An upholstered chair and reading lamp provided. Clean and well maintained. Breakfast is provided with many options.

My wife and I stopped at this Comfort Inn on our way to the North Shore (Minnesota). We find Comfort Inns to be very predictable, clean, friendly, conveniently situated, and relatively inexpensive. This stop did not disappoint us.

I've stayed here 3 or 4 times in the past couple of years. It used to be OK, but it has gone downhill, especially with my last visit. Check-in wasn't smooth. The person who checked me in was chatting on the phone for quite a bit before she checked me in, and a large line was building. I then, very specifically, asked her if my credit card that she requested from me will only be held for incidentals and not charged for the price of the room, because my company's credit card was on file at check in. The reason I asked this was because I have had an issue with this at this hotel in the past. She looked me in the eye and said "yes." I signed the sheet at check-in showing the last four numbers of the company credit card. Of course, I see the full charge for the room on my personal credit card later that night, and the company card was not charged. In the morning, I see the folio under my door with the last four digits of my personal credit card on it. The next day at checkout, an employee to ask about this was nowhere to be found. I reported this to my company's travel department, and our travel director informed me that she had been trying to get hold of someone at the hotel on the phone for an hour and a half, but nobody answered. What kind of customer service is this? I can forgive a simple act of incompetence if it is corrected, though it is horribly inconvenient to have hotels continually charge my personal card when it was cleared in advance that it would only be ran for an incidentals hold. When hotel staff are unreachable, I cannot in good faith give this hotel a good rating. To top it all off, there was a soaking wet housekeeping rag in my shower. Less of a big deal, but worthy of note. As a positive, the location is very convenient, and other than the rag in the shower, is relatively clean, even compared to other Choice hotels in the area (I've stayed at most Choice hotels in the Minneapolis area). I do not want to be contacted by this hotel in an attempt to make things right or reverse the charge -- I already tried that, and it's sad that it takes a negative review to get their attention. The room charge had already been submitted to my company for reimbursement. I would like to request that staff be trained on making sure they are charging the correct credit cards. It's the least they can do. I am writing this review in good faith, and I hope it can be taken as constructive criticism.…

I stayed here twice in one week with my daughter and my 2 grandkids. We found everything about this hotel to be exceeding our expectations. Room was very clean, beds comfy. Room was a tad bit crowded with furniture - but fine for us. Staff was friendly and even accommodated us with late check outs since we arrived after midnight both times. Breakfast was great! Variety of hot and cold items. Very clean and lots of seating! Hotel location is unbeatable. Right off the highway with easy on and off. Overall, I’d stay here again without a doubt and I would recommend this hotel highly.
