From the minute you are greeted at the front door you feel like you have arrived and can begin relaxing! I'm still floating 2 days after my Nordic massage from Roie!!!!! Kyndred Hearth by Ann Kim is as amazing as expected! Also the walk up quick serve Ten Drops has a wonderful egg white, veggie, feta wrap and Caribou coffee! The fitness center is very clean, large enough to be COVID friendly and has all of the equipment necessary to work out (think Minnesota Viking's players). Families were enjoying the indoor pool. There are great views of the Vikings training facility, flights arriving in the distance to MSP and downtown Minneapolis. After 2 nights of blissful sleep we both feel 100% better, I almost feel like the past year of the pandemic has disappeared and was just a nightmare!!!

Hotel's Favorite
This place is amazing. We usually try to go to a hotel for NYE as a small stay cation. My Husband was looking for a hotel and this popped up. We had to cancel our Omni hotel in South Carolina due to cornoa. I was so bummed so he surprised me with this. It’s amazing. New, modern and upscale. When we were checking in there was some issue with our room. We were in the hallway and the guy (who was very nice) said the heat wasn’t working and needed to move rooms. Some back and forth but he got us in another room nearby- I did ask for a suite for the inconvenience lol but to no avail ;) But we got settled and Lysol’s and wiped stuff down as our kiddo is immunocompromised so we take extra precautions. We really didn’t need to as the room seemed very clean and the remote was in its own bag, face mask provided etc. the hotel did a really good job with cleanliness and sanitation IMO. Now the room, the bedding is amazing. My son wants a pillow case as it has a flower and so soft. Do you sell them? ;) The bathroom- there is NO words. This is 💯 my dream bathroom. The shower is so amazing I spent almost an hour. Nice toiletries and the shower head is amazing! We plan to make this our NYE hotel from now on. The view is so fun even tho we aren’t die hard football nor Vikings fans!

My wife and two teenaged children are thoroughly enjoying a three night Spring Break 2021 stay at the Omni Viking Lakes. This new hotel is beautifully designed and comfortable. The fitness room is excellent, truly one of the better fitness rooms we have visited lately, The staff are extremely friendly and go above and beyond to meet and beat expectations. The property is less than 15 minutes from the Mall of America and 20 minutes from downtown Minneapolis. If you like modern amenities this hotel is for you. If you are an NFL fan you also will enjoy the adjacent Minnesota Vikings training facility. There is a nice walking path next to the property that goes around two ponds. I cannot think of one criticism. I salute the visionaries who built this hotel and the excellent staff who ensured we are having a wonderful visit. We will be back.

The quality of the staff and their customer service matched the luxury and charm of this incredible hotel. We stayed here because my sister had knee surgery recovery and we were treated better than we could have asked for. They went above and beyond to accommodate her wheelchair/room needs without hesitation. The manager took care of us personally and the rest of the staff followed through every single day. We were there for quite a long stay and had just opened that week. So for a brand new hotel working out their kinks to be that well oiled and professional was a phenomenal experience. We will absolutely be coming back soon for another surgery and there’s no question where we will be staying. The food was amazing, the rooms comfortable and beautiful, the gym clean and so updated, the pool was a treat, but most of all the staff will make you want to come back. Omni Viking Lakes was an experience everyone should enjoy MORE than once in their life.
