Hotel's Favorite
I somehow lucked out when I was searching for a hotel in Duluth and stumbled across this one! The price was great, but I could only book a city view room with the app I was using. Based on the pictures of the place, I was fine with that. When we got to the hotel, the desk clerk upgraded us to a harbor view room. Every thing about this room was great. The service and amenities here are wonderful. If we ever come this way again, this is where I would want to stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Park Point, the balcony is a great perk especially if you get the marina/harbor view. This hotel is on the other side of the aerial bridge from canal park, but only a block away from 12th street beach. We really appreciated that during this time with covid they still offered their guests a complimentary breakfast of packaged items. Hotel was clean, beds were comfy and pool and spa is small but great! Staff was friendly; we had ordered a late night pizza from their room service, it was affordable, quick and delicious. We would definitely stay here again.

First location is excellent and the room was very nice with a nice harbor view, second staff are nice and check in and out was easy. Second the bad thing that Jaccuzi was not hot and sauna was not working. The breakfast was not good at all and less than expected
