We had a great, romantic stay at the Cotton Mansion. Easily one of the best of the many B&B's we have stayed at. The house is amazingly beautiful, full of detailed woodwork and original features. We were in the Bell Cotton room located on the front corner of the house so lots of natural light. Bed was comfortable and in... More

My husband and I just spent 3 amazing nights at the Cotton Mansion for our honeymoon and we loved every minute of it. Beautiful, quiet setting with easy access to sites right in Duluth or to head to the North Shore. Our room in the carriage house was spacious with a fireplace and whirlpool, and breakfast was delicious with something... More

We stayed here for our anniversary the last weekend in Sept. Had a great time. Gorgeous welll maintained estate. Couple running the house did a fabulous job. Food was delicious and beautifully presented. House was comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the Cotton Mansion for our Honeymoon. We had a fabulous time, had a warm greeting when we arrived and were given a tour of the mansion and told "if it's not nailed down or locked fell free to look and touch" within the floors available to the guests. Everything was very clean and well maintained. We had... More

My husband and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary in Duluth staying at this stunning mansion. The common rooms were large and beautiful with a huge staircase to our upstairs suite that made us feel special. My husband's favorite room was the library for sure! I enjoyed the friendly conversation at the grand breakfast table where we realized that all... More

My wife and I came to Duluth for our honeymoon and this bed and breakfast, suggested to us by a family member, was one of the central highlights of our time. We stayed in the carriage house garden suite, but as we looked at each room we were amazed by the detail and luxury of each one. Ken and Kimberly... More

The house is beautifully restored. We stayed in the Belle Cotton Suite which was comfy. Enjoyed a late night chess game in the library. Breakfast was tasty and our hosts were hospitable. Only downside was that we always had a problem figuring out how to get into driveway/parking area. Maybe we should have tried GPS? Plus we couldn't find ice... More

We stayed in the Bella Flora suite in the carriage house. The room itself was cozy, clean and romantic. Breakfast in the main house both mornings was delicious, and it was entertaining to hear about the history of the gorgeous mansion from hosts Ken and Kimberly. We will be back!

It was a beautiful mansion but was more like staying at a museum than a romantic or cozy getaway. Breakfast was small and unremarkable. Also only selected rooms are allowed in-room service. We have stayed at other B&Bs in Duluth that we enjoyed far better

My husband and I stayed at the Cotton Mansion for two weeknights in December. We stayed in the carriage house suite, Bella Flora, which was lovely and modern and so luxurious with the fireplace, 2-person whirlpool, comfy bed, wet bar and sitting area. The mansion is where we went for breakfast and relaxing. The mansion had a mini-Downton Abbey feel... More
