I stayed here so I could be close to the hospital for surgery the next morning. The wall by the bed had something hug & dried out stuck to the wall. The bathroom had an oblong toilet with a round seat cover on the toilet. There was no wash clothes or hand towels in the bathroom. The security door lock was broken on the door & their was garbage behind the night stand. The staff was friendly but this place is really dirty & run down. There was no pool or continental breakfast or pool which I'm sure is due to all this Covid stuff.
The Worst Place Travelocity didn’t docrspor you I tried to cancel after booking four hours later the hotel refused to cancel the policy they charge me full price for what I had Travelocity said they would take care of it and help me out with it they didn’t do anything about it do you think Travelocity is good for is wiping yourself after use the bathroom I would never use Travelocity again they are a joke I’d rather go through booking.com or somebody else so I won’t screw you over like Travelocity did the quality Inn it’s a joke it’s a dirty pig hole stains on the sheet stains on the carpeting breakfast tank I don’t know why Travelocity even has them on their website TravelocityMust be getting a kickback from the hotel worst place I’ve ever stayed at it I a dumpster better place to stay that in here…
It started with a sour smell as I walked in the door. Room was not what I had booked but we didn't complain. I will say that the room was clean. Breakfast the next morning, what there was of it, was embarrassing. Breakfast was served until 9:30 am. We ate at 8. Almost everything was gone and it was not replenished. It was supposed to have a spa. They had filled it in. I stayed here because of the price. You couldn't pay me to stay here again.
Go ANYWHERE else! Lobby smells like smoke, gross rooms, sketchy management, graffiti painted on a side entrance. This place is maybe worth $20/night just for a warm bed...tarnishes the Quality Inn brand.
Stayed here during a busy time in the Twin Citys with the Vikings, Twins and state fair going on in the same day. This place was on the bottom end of the totem pole out of 6 hotels on a 9 day road trip. It did meet the requirements that I requested when booking of 2 queen beds which were comfortable. I asked for a room on the main since this hotel had no elevator and they could not accommodate us. It fell flat on the hot breakfast we went to McDonald’s a few blocks away. The front desk guy had to run double duty of the breakfast and did a poor job where sausage and eggs were prepared in a microwave in the janitor mop bucket sink room.I did have a pool as I wanted but small and uninviting with the hot tub being out of service so we gave it a miss. This was a place to lay your head and get on your way. I’ve stayed at other Quality Inns in the past. This one needs improving.…
