Nothing to get excited about. They need to pay more attention to cleanliness & the water in the showers needs to be hotter. They use cream of chicken gravy for breakfast gravy over the biscuits instead of regular beef gravy. The chicken gravy is weird & gross.

Thank you for taking time to write a review for us. We appreciate your input. I assure you that we will review all probles you mentioned and make sure we give you better service during your next trip. Due to nation wide supply chains problems we are not getting all the items we want to serve at breakfast. Therefore we had to switch to alternate items. These items will be switched back to regular item as soon as those are avaialble.

Stayed in a king suite, there was food on the floor and obviously hadn't been vacuumed outside of the main carpet path. There were stains on the sofa, hard to determine if it was blood or coffee. When brought to the front desk attention [he came to the room to deliver room keys], his response was "i'll let housekeeping know tomorrow". Wish we would have stayed at the Holiday Inn next door. I do believe the bed had clean sheets as a bonus. Outlet in the bathroom doesn't work.

I had a very safe and welcoming stay at this hotel. From the check in process to the room cleaning, i never felt uncomfortable. They have done such an amazing job at training their staff to ensure that no one felt anything was missing. Grateful for this hotel for making it feel like home away from home.

The property is in need of updates and renovations. The rooms are horrible. The pool is very small and has one table for everyone to use while swimming. Meals to go? Yeah had early AM soccer and was told that the breakfast to go bag doesnt start until 7:30AM . Soccer game starts at 0800 had to be at the field by 0730. SO didnt even bother with the lame meal to go. Why are they still doing breakfast to go? There is an attached restaurant serving full meals and it was packed. Another soccer family told me their room rate and we were charged $100 more for the same crappy room. When I asked why at checkout the employee lied to me about our reservation. Said the reason for the extra $ is because we reserved the room that week. Wrong-reservation was made in March. When I called back to speak to the manager he lied to me too. We are reward members with Radisson and enjoy their properties but I will never stay at this location again

Worst hotel I have ever been to. The room was "half" renovated and industrial glue was seeping through the bathroom floorboards and tore skin off when you tried to remove it. The new window's lock was not installed but just sitting on the windowsill. Also, they let people drink alcohol in the pool area. Worst part was we left after 3 hours and didn't stay the night, the person at the desk offered us a full refund but 2 weeks later they are now refusing to refund us our money.

3 adults 2 kids in 2 adjoining King Suite rooms. Newly renovated and very modern (nicer than my house lol).
Living room had a comfy dated chair, nice solid desk, and a terribly old uncomfortable pullout couch. The mattress was worn in spots on the side so you could see a bit of the springs and the mattress was a bit discoloured. I’m not sure how comfortable pullouts actually are anyway. Luckily I brought a twin blowup mattress and put that on top.
Kitchen had a small counter, good size fridge with separate door for freezer. Small sink and 2 burner hot plate.
Bathroom was updated and clean (I hate hotel bathrooms but this was in great shape).
Bedroom had a beautiful, heavy, sliding door separating bedrooom from kitchen/living room. It was thick and pretty sound proof (my kids could hardly hear me snoring like a train in the other room). Not completely sound proof, but enough to ease my anxiety about keeping them up all night. Lots of room for suitcases, comfy bed, an assortment of fluffy and flat pillows. Only complaint is when we turned on the heater (in June) a burning smell came out and set off the smoke detector. We didn’t really need the heat anyway and I forgot to tell management.
Breakfast buffet was standard with one tray for scrambled eggs and cheese. Another tray for sausages. Waffle maker, cereal, yogurt, assortment of pastries, lots of room for two soccer teams and families to eat
We are going for another weekend in July and have scheduled to King suites again. I’m not sure what the queen rooms look like though.

My sons baseball team booked this hotel as part of a group block and long story short everyone except us left and went to the neighboring Holiday Inn (better choice). We would have left too but unfortunately the Holiday Inn was booked up. Our room: cheap hollow core bathroom door has the inside panel pealing off of it, the stopper in the sink was missing, the shower curtain bar was hanging on by a thread, and after I took a shower there was a black flea beetle crawling on the floor. Teammates Rooms: anything from cracked or broken windows, missing screens, moldy/musty smell throughout, bad repainting jobs where paint was slopped onto door trim or the non matching wall.
All in all this is the worst Country Inn & Suites I’ve ever stayed in. I’m a rewards member for this hotel chain and am definitely disappointed in my experience..

Avoid this Hotel. I am a Diamond Elite level member of Choice rewards. This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Taking a shower on arrival and departure. Both times water was lukewarm. Tiny terrible 15 yr old TV. booked what I thought was a nice king suite online on arrival was told they were sold out even though I already paid for the room and I ended up in a dumpy room and they refused to refund or partial credit. Very noisy, uncomfortable, unwelcoming and dirty. The floors are all ripped up under construction overall just a gross place. Already contacted credit card company and reversing the charge save yourself the hassle and avoid this place.

The rooms are not up to standard and not worth the ratings given on the internet. I was unduly charged and nobody has called me back as promised. We did not get the rooms cleaned for the 3 nights that we were there. The linens were off-white and looking so bad. The toilet kept on flushing itself. If the next door occupant closes the door, it sounds like someone just opened our door. I did not feel secure. The beds mattress gave me aches and pains because it is full of springs!
