This was a nice hotel. There was easy access and the service was very good. The room was great we had a handicap room. The morning breakfast wasn't the best. I've had better breakfast offerings at other holiday inns. I would recommend the place if you're not real concerned about the breakfast part.

On February 14 and 15th I had the pleasure of Vending an event that was being held at this establishment the Chanhassen Holiday Inn staff are amazing. I have a small store that I carry in my blazer that I set up during this event.Well I was on my way to the hotel I called the hotel manager asked if there would be somebody that I could asked to please assist me and unloading my product and bringing it into my room that I would be selling my store up in. She had no problem setting me up with One of her employees Jesse, I think he’s part of maintenance. Jesse told me on the phone that he love to help me and he would be waiting for me to get there when I got there I’ve learned that Jesse was off work at 3 o’clock but he still is on waiting for me I had rive there a little after three so he worked late helping me unload my blazer it was a very big help at the end of the week and guess what Jesse was there to help me load it again. This hotel is clean ran very well the manager has clearly a great staff and a great working relationship with her staff housekeeping is exceptional. The arrangements that were made to accommodate this function were out of this world I’d like to think holiday inn chanhassen and I will be going back to the hotel and recommending it to others!

The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. Seems like they are under-staffed and have let things go. Carpet in hallways is old, stained, some tile grout is separating, the pool area is looking very old and run down. Notified the front desk that the pool area was out of towels. More than two hours slater, still no towels. The breakfast food was quite good... but the breakfast area was very busy both days of our stay and many things were empty and not refilled for a very long time. We booked for two nights, but both our key cards stopped working the morning of our second day -- programming error. The Hot Tub was not working. Many other reviewers have reported this... It think they are just never going to fix it. Probably won't stay here again, since there are many other choices in the area.
