If you are a non smoker you probably won't like it. Our room smelled like an ashtray, yet there were none. I am a smoker but I smoke outside because I don't like the smell. It was clean but old. The shower knob fell off in my hand and no hand rail in the shower (obviously fell off). Cheap and...

This motel is a good stop over enroute to your final destination. It's conveniently located off the I 94 with easy access back to the highway. It about 15 minutes to downtown Minneapolis. There's a small shopping area nearby with a Walmart and there is a Denny's almost right next to the motel. In the shopping center, there is an...

If your a smoker, then the non-smoking rooms that are smoked in won't bother you. Believe me, I requested a non-smoking room and it was saturated. I really thought the previous reviews were false about the non-smoking rooms. There was a coffee maker in the room but it was missing parts, so that was useless. We were woken up about...

You would be wise to find other accommodations in Brooklyn Center. We were staying two nights; the first night all was well. In the morning we went down for breakfast. The breakfast room is very small with tiny tables and you keep bumping into other people. The food is ok but below the standard of Holiday Inn Express or other...

this hotel is in a very nice, clean and safe location. The customer service was awesome. If I remember the front desk staff name was Sophie, she was very helpful and responsive. I recommend this to everyone. You won't regret.

Hotel is very clean and in nice location. Across from FBI building so it's pretty safe place. Staff is excellent. Nice hot breakfast and good strong coffee to start your day fresh. I love this place and will comeback again.

The large rooms have been updated, with comfortable beds, large bath, and extra large TV. However, the carpet in the halls was dirty and worn. Breakfast was pathetic with poor service, nearly empty refrigerator and fried eggs that looked days old. The rest of the food was good.

For the price this was an OK place to stay. The non-smoking room smelt like an ash tray. There was "sticky stuff" on the carpet & on one of the beds the sheets were stained. (didn't find that one out 'til later from one of the kids!) On the good side - the breakfast was great & they accepted pets...
