We stayed here while visiting our aunt. Overall, a very good stay. Our room was quiet and the size was adequate. Everything was clean and I could tell the cleaning crew did a good job. Front desk was friendly and attentive. I ordered the breakfast and thought it was average. Not enough choices. If they would have offered this as complimentary, I would have given 5 stars instead of 4. They should offer complimentary coffee. Like most hotels I have stayed at, the lighting in the room is poor. Overall, a nice stay!

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for Labour Day Weekend and I can truly say that, having travelled the world primarily using Hilton, this is the best experience we have had in the USA with regard to staff. From Katherine heading up the front desk to Phoeng on housekeeping, every member of staff we encountered was exceptionally pleasant and competent which makes a real difference to how enjoyable a stay is. The diamond member benefits were good, especially considering the executive lounge was closed. The hotel is nice and new and we had the best sleep we have had in a long time in our room. I cannot recommend this hotel and it’s staff enough. We were celebrating special life events and they went above and beyond. We are tough critics but this is a hotel we cannot wait to return to and will be comparing other Hilton stays to from now on.…

The staff is professional and they welcome us every time. We appreciate the special favors we receive as Honors members. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable always, and it is quiet. It is well worth returning to this property!

To celebrate my birthday we brought our 5 young kids and got adjoining rooms for our stay. Front desk staff was exceedingly kind and let us use the pool when we arrived before checkin! We thought traffic would be worse after the 8-10 inches of snowfall the night before. Executive lounge staff, (Lenora or Lelani?) was so kind, got out extra Krave cereal for my kids and was so kind when my daughter accidentally broke her plate! Hotel manager stopped by the lounge and helped clear our table during breakfast too! What great staff and leadership when everyone pitches in! Thank you all for your kindness and help making our stay and my birthday wonderful!

Room was beautiful, bedding was good quality. But we were most impressed with the Park and Fly. Because of an extra early flight out to Phoenix, the Hilton arranged for an Uber to pick us up..they were right on time. And, when we returned, a Hilton vehicle was right there to take us back to.the hotel for our car. Great service and free parking! I highly recommend!!

Never stay here. Asking a simple question to help by ailing parent and the front desk lady was the least motivated person I've ever chatted with. If this was a Super 8 I'd understand but Hilton????? The service and ability to help elderly is non-existent. And the woman at the front desk (12-16) clearly does not give a sh**.

First time at this hotel. Liked it right away as I entered the lobby. The front desk staff are very friendly. The lobby bar is very contemporary. More friendly staff. The room was nice, spacious, with a firm bed and pillows (which I prefer). Had breakfast in the Executive Lounge. Fairly standard items, though better than usual quality. Overall, wonderful stay. Of all the hotels on the Bloomington strip, this one is now my favorite!

I hate to leave negative reviews, especially when the staff are friendly and helpful. However, my girlfriend and I stayed here for five nights and developed really bad allergies. (We felt fine both before and after our stay here). I later learned the likely reason for these allergies — the filthy HVAC system. (It’s also worth noting that the heating didn’t work throughout our entire stay). Oh - and despite our having the DO NOT DISTURB sign on the room, the maid loudly knocked on the door in the morning to see if we needed towels. I’ve never had that happen before in hundreds of hotel stays. I also reached out to the manager of this hotel several times in an effort to resolve the issues amicably and keep these photos private, but received no response. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.…

This hotel was very nice and clean! The staff was very nice there’s a Starbucks and restaurant in this hotel made it really nice. The lemon water in the front was so yummy my kids couldn’t get enough of it!
