All around excellent place to stay. Started with a great welcome from Habiba. The property is in top shape- clean and a friendly efficient staff throughout. Breakfast was nicely done and delicious. I am a lifetime platinum member so have stayed in hundreds of Marriotts- this is right up there among best Fairfield properties I gave stayed in. Would definitely stay again.

Cant say enough great things about this location. The rooms are beautifully designed and comfortable, and the staff is attentive and wonderful to interact with. It is located closely to the Twin Cities, without the crowded city environment. Definitely would recommend booking this hotel!

I had a rough day getting to my destination and the staff here was so welcoming and accommodating. I dealt with Gregory at the front desk and he was so nice and intuitive in what he offered me. He even offered my whiny child a granola bar because we didn’t eat dinner that night and it was very late when we arrived. He really went above and beyond. Also, without any effort, I knew the basics of the hotel, and where everything was. I really love the service here - many other hotels don’t value their guests but I really felt welcomed and wanted here - thank you!!! I’ll come back and make sure I tell people to come to this particular property ... oh, also the fireplace is pretty awesome!

I love the location I wish I could just stop right here but the biggest problem was the night shift staff at 11:30-11:45 For Covid safety measure I couldn’t allow the guests to stay at my place so I bought a room for them to settle for the night. The two men accidentally got locked out, at 11:30 ish I was back at my place when I receive a call from them and explained the situation to me. I zipped over to remedy the problem. I understand completely for the hotel to see proof of the person who rented it which is me. I quickly came over only to be greeted with an intense hostility directly coming off of the night staff. His refusal on eye contact and open communication with me and the two guest was embarrassingly disrespectful. The night staff turned the whole mishap into a completely hostile environment. I’m completely baffled to why he has so much anger and hostility towards us and if it was something I did that was not acceptable I would like to know what it was however his immature, insolence behavior made the communication impossible. I went over in the morning to greet the men and thank them again for their help, all they could mention was how terrible their experience been with the night staff and felt unwelcome and uncomfortable the duration of their stay. I felt terrible for them. I think it’s important to bring this up to your attention. Happy Holidays!

Stayed here for a weekend for a surprise birthday party. The hotel is brand new. The beds are comfortable the bathroom is nice and big but you’ll have a bathtub to contend with which is one disappointment. If you get? consider staying here, the lower your room is, the better the water pressure will be in the shower. Our rooms were on 2nd floor out of 5, the shower pressure is horrible! Sink water pressure is just fine. Toilets are fine but not power flushing. Would I recommend this hotel ? I don’t think so. There’s better ones in the north side of the cities.

Thank you for your review. We take our guest feedback very seriously, and we would like to determine whether there truly is any kind of issue with the water pressure or plumbing. Neither our front desk department nor maintenance department has any record of a recent complaint regarding water pressure. Did you bring this concern to anyone's attention during your stay? Would you please provide us with the room number you stayed in and/or the name on your reservation, so that we can assess whether there is a valid issue with the plumbing and/or water pressure in one of the rooms. We have looked through our property management system, and we did not see any reservations listed under "gregtrain".

We did a staycation here (we live a mile away lol) for NYE. Hotel was nice and new. Beds were comfy and our room was pretty big. Hotel was quiet. Pool area was great- towels well stocked. Hot tub was small so if it was busy I can see it being uncomfortable. Our room had a weird view but enjoyed having the window open and watch the snow fall. We literally stayed in our room and relaxed. A nice little staycation for us! We will be back!!

I'd give this 3.5 stars if I could - the staff makes it for me. Very friendly and kind. Close enough to the area for clients and dining. Was able to park on site, and head to meetings as needed. Room was clean, and uber eats was able to find my location easily. Not great, not poor, just a decent experience.

This hotel opened just 30 days ago. Beautiful new facility with very friendly staff. New Bricks Pub restaurant across the parking lot. Not a large selection of Marriott brands in this area, so I was happy to see this new property. Will definitely return.

This is not the cheapest place but the rooms were very nice. I especially enjoyed the large walk in shower and the 50" TV. The location was very quiet. Free breakfast was good but nothing special. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.

This hotel is beyond beautiful. Can’t wait for breakfast tomorrow! Gorgeous accommodations. My ONLY negative is that I wish the curtains were more light blocking for my toddler to nap mid day. we will be staying here every time we visit our family in Blaine!
