Room standard very poor very ... spartan :). Looks like from the mid 80's. Very poor number of electric sockets available...I payed 25 euros extra for sea view. And i did not get it! Only when i looked right (partial). That's just fraud. Near the hotel plenty of yellow jackets flying around as well as hornets....That's a real danger!!! Hotel stuff did not react at all. Just imagine what happened when some swallow it with drink...Sunbeds in terrible condition almost all of them broken...This is my sixt holiday stay in Greece (3 x times on Crete, one time on Peloponese and one time on Rodos) never ever I saw something like this....just imagine 8 of 10 sunbeds broken...these people (I mean manager, owner) are sick...this place is dangerous for guests. Thanks to God I was there without childrens, because there is a great risk for them staying in this... hotel. Next thing is the food in the...pseudo - restaurant. The worst in my whole life... Thanks God it was only half board. Rest of the stay we did eat in the next corners Taverna. Please be aware of this place. It's dangerous...P.S. staff very rude and not helpful...

The hotel services are really on low level. 1. Food is not tasty at all, it doesn t matter if it is breakfast, lunch or dinner. Few minutes after opening time there is not any choise, everything is empty and it takes time while they bring more. 2. Some people from staff are checking if you have got bag, if you take piece of fruit out of restaurant. You have to buy everyhing, even normal water. It doesn t matter if you have all inclusive or not! 3. Cleaning is not proper every day. 4. Towels are not changed all week 5. Air condition is not working all the time and it is not really working so good 6. Bar inside is not open at all 7. Bar outside is not open in the afternoon when everybody would like to have a coffee, drink, ice cream. Even coffee machine has to have 10 or more years, because heating took one hour. And you never know if today is working properly. 8. There was an evening they didn t have coffee beans, so if you had a taste for coffee, you had to forget. 9. There is not any care about beach belonging to the hotel. 10. No program in the evening Result: never ever again!

This hotel has soooo much potential, and I really hope that they will use it. Outside aria is perfect, amazing!!! Many trees, flowers, grass is perfectly cut, little pebel beach is quite nice, water is crystal clear, nice entrance. Breakfast is decent, they could put little bit more Greek products (feta cheese, olives...), and espresso coffee in dining room should be changed (the one in a pool bar is excellent). Rooms need the big big improvement. Although it was really clean, everything have to be changed. They don't have king size bed, they put two single beds next to each oder, but there was big hole in the middle. Everytime when you move you got waken up because of the bed noise. Also don't take mountain view room, it is really loud because of the cars that pass on the road next to the hotel. Definitely I won't be back here, unless i read in comments they fully renovate this place.

Upon arrival at the hotel we were not very excited. The hotel on the side of the road does not look twice as friendly (a nice part is turned in a different direction). We also arrived at night, so it made an unpleasant impression. They sent us to a small elevator, which seemed to have quite a problem taking us out (two people and two suitcases). Then we preferred not to go with it. We were not excited about the room, but neither were we upset. Based on reviews, we expected something similar. On the contrary, the outdoor spaces, which we saw only in the light after waking up, were beautiful. Beautiful large pool, all around flowering shrubs, huge palm trees and a pebble beach. The outdoor environment was much nicer than the indoor. The hotel itself seemed as if time had stopped a bit. But we have no comparison, we were in Greece for the first time. As for the location of the hotel, the big advantage is that it stands there for a bit to itself and there is not much around. At the time of our stay, it was filled with maybe half the capacity, which, however, meant a huge peace and a lot of space for us both on the beach and by the pool. The beach is located directly behind the grassy area under the pool and is basically private, with no other tourists. However, the disadvantage of the location is, for example, that you do not walk much from here. There are no sidewalks and the roads on both sides are in a bend with quite busy traffic. However, you can also turn right along the beach, where in a few minutes you will reach an area where there are some shops where you can buy water, food, souvenirs, etc. There are also two beautiful taverns that I can only recommend. There is also a bus stop right next to the hotel, which is great, but Greece and its timetables are a chapter in themselves. :)) However, we were lucky and managed to travel by this bus. The hotel deserves some investment. The occupation of the hotel suited me very well, it was mainly middle-aged people or young couples. No "party" groups and a minimum of screaming children. We had a room with a view of the mountains, about which, according to reviews before the trip, we read that these rooms are turned onto the road, which is the main thrust of the island. Since we are not sensitive to noise, we decided that this may not be a problem for us and we will try it. However, I must say that the noise was really big and for the first few nights we had to close the window and sleep by the air conditioner. However, the mountain is also there and is beautiful. After leaning out, you will also see the sea from the balcony. The refrigerator actually makes strange noises at times, and some rumble came from outside. The air conditioning works on the card, as does all the electricity. So if you are in a room and you have a card inserted in the door, everything works for you, if you go to the sea and pull out the card, nothing works. The refrigerator is older, but it is large, which is practical. We didn't even turn on the TV. There was only one very high but very narrow closet in the room with one shelf that we could hardly reach (We both have 180 cm) and two hangers. So one of us had to leave his things in the trunk. The big advantage of the room was a large balcony, which could be conveniently placed inflatable things, wet towels, etc. The worst for us was probably the bathroom, which had some parts completely new, but the overall impression was not very good. Curtain in the shower, little space, awkward "shelves" for storage and "slick taps". Lots of water everywhere after showering. In this, I would at least appreciate the more frequent replacement of the mat at the shower. We also had some dead insects in the light above the mirror, which we asked for removal, and unfortunately this did not happen during the entire stay. But I don't want to hurt them in any way, they could have forgotten. The door to the room seemed slightly flimsy to me. One of the great advantages of this room, however, was that it was facing away from the sun, so it was also quite pleasant in the afternoon after arrival and you could sit on the balcony. We only had breakfast to be very flexible during the day, we also wanted to travel. The breakfasts were nice, I don't think they deserve any exaggerated criticism. Just a classic you'll find in every other hotel. Eggs in several ways, cheese, ham, some vegetables, Greek yogurt, two fruits. Several types of pastries, sweet buns, chips, etc. But don't expect any gastronomic experiences or typically Greek food from it. I highly recommend eating in Greece and outside the hotel and tasting and tasting. They have absolutely fantastic cuisine and it's worth it. The hotel staff were generally nice and helpful. We had wiped and cleaned every day. Unfortunately, they didn't change our towels even once during the week, which bothered me a bit. I kept waiting for them to replace them and nothing. Especially with the rug in the bathroom, that would be more than appropriate. Since we left late at night, and the room had to be vacated by 11 am, it was possible to pay extra for about 500 CZK, extension until 18:00. There is also a small bar next to the hotel, where you can get a variety of mixed drinks, kingfishers and more. It is also possible to buy water in a smaller package, otherwise you have to walk a few minutes to the store. Parasols are installed firmly along the pool and are free. Sunbeds are mostly by the pool, but there were a few by the sea. However, many of them are broken and therefore cannot be positioned. Wi-fi works well outside, but it was not in the room. An equally funny story was repeated on the beach every time new tourists arrived. Even with regard to the smaller number of guests, the beach was basically empty. So everyone who flew to the hotel and went to the sea for the first time was thrilled. Sometimes he didn't understand that no one was there, he shook his head, but with the face of an enthusiastic discoverer, he enjoyed the fact that he had the beach and the sea all to himself. Then he went to sea, and after a few meters most of the discoverers returned to shore or swam lengthwise. Some even with a shout. The point was that after a few meters there was a very dense strip of seaweed, which reached to the surface and actually formed such an obstacle. But there were also those who didn't mind. Most people, however, preferred the left side of the sea, where there was a pleasant descent into the sea, smaller pebbles and no algae. The sea was pleasantly warm and there are no big waves, the sea is calm, which is great for swimming. During the trips, we also took a look at several other beaches, including sandy ones. As a result, we spent about 4 days by the sea, the pool and the surrounding area and we traveled three. If you will definitely have the opportunity to look elsewhere around the island, in different parts you will see completely different aspects of Greece. However, I do not recommend buying trips through a delegate, he will take "for mediation". With us it was a total of 18 €, which we could save if we bought a trip those few minutes from the hotel.

We came here from Dubai to avoid imprisonment in a government allocated hotel in the UK. This must have been a nice hotel when it was built many years ago, but since then it’s not been improved or modernized in any way. Having said that, the outside area is 5 star and the private beach (although stoney) is awesome. The staff are generally pleasant and helpful, especially the pool bar girl who had a constant smile, even when confronted by extreme rudeness from former Soviet block countries citizens. The same people descended on breakfast as if it was the last food on earth and not a face mask (mandatory) or social distancing to be seen. Overall my conclusion is that it is far better and cheaper than the imposed quarantine should we have flown directly back to the UK from Dubai. Would I return? Possibly not.

Mountain view means your room will be on the road side, which is not very quiet even at night. The mountain "view" is very green but as a view it is not very open because the trees start very close by. Beware of the "partial sea view" option, as we were very disappointed to find out that it simply means that you can have a glimpse of the sea if you lean out from the balcony, and as in our case you may still suffer from the road noise. We complained about that and thankfully they gave us a better room, although with twin beds instead of a double bed, which we just had to put up with. The worst thing in this hotel is probably the air conditioning. It worked very randomly initially, sometimes with us having to ask for it to be turned on or fixed. Just for context, I'm not a big fan of air conditioning myself, but when it's 35 degrees outside I really want it. As with the rest of the electrics, it only works when the card attached to the key is in its slot by the entrance. Yes, they still use traditional door locks with keys, but they also have a card on the keyring that is only there to switch the electricity on. We detached the card from the key so we could leave the aircon and/or the fridge on as needed whilst away, but sometimes the cleaner would disengage the card (or on one occasion just take it away!). Halfway through our stay they decided to switch on the aircon on the nonsensical schedule of 2pm to 4pm and 9pm to 11pm. We had to ask a sweaty but helpful receptionist, himself dreaming about enjoying some air conditioning, and he had to ask permission from his boss to turn the aircon on for us, sadly not for him. There is a fridge in the room, but it's fairly old and noisy and like the aircon only works when you're in the room. So if you leave the room to enjoy the island, you might come back to warm ham and wine, even if you cheat and leave the card in its slot. The fridge we had in the first room had a big gap in the seal when closed and was pretty useless. The other worst thing in this hotel, in my opinion, is the shower. It is just a tray with shower curtains that are quite close to you. It takes some getting used to not to touch the clammy wet plastic whilst showering and/or put a lot of water on the floor. All the more because there is nothing to hang the shower head above you. There is a soap shelf nearby where I guess we're supposed to put the tiny bottles of shampoo and shower gel they provide but they wouldn't stay upright as the shelf is designed for big soap. In the first room we had it was impossible to have hot water, lukewarm at best. For the first half of our stay, dinner was very limited in choice (only 2 starters and 2 main dishes to choose from) and very badly organised. On the first evening we had to wait half-an-hour (that's half of the allotted time for dinner) before our order was taken, and that was only after complaining to reception. And the lasagna they brought in the end was the worst pasta-based dish I've seen in a long time. Thankfully, food improved through our stay and they eventually switched to a buffet (as we were promised in messages via boooking.com). The buffet was decent, although there was no option to have tea or coffee, and no option to have wine or beer until our last day. We got told off quite rudely by the Russian owners because we borrowed plates and cultery from the cafeteria to eat our own lunch outside. They even thought we stole food from the cafeteria. We had asked and obtained wine glasses the day before, so we thought it was ok to borrow a few plate. They eventually explained that there were strict regulations related to covid and they could get in trouble. We can understand and we were quite happy to respect the rules if only we knew about them, there was no need to be rude about it. The hotel and room were kept quite clean. We had to agree to the room being cleaned everyday, as in covid times the default is in every 3 days. Keep in mind that on the whole island you don't put the toilet paper in the toilet, but in a bin next to it. Imagine that after 3 days. The setting in the garden and around the pool is very pleasant. The beach is pebbly and the sea has a fair amount of weeds so we didn't really use it. I wouldn't ever want to stay in this hotel without my own way of getting around. In conclusion we wouldn't stay there again and for the price we paid we feel we could likely find much better similarly priced places to stay. Friendly helpful staff, let down by aging infrastructure and poor management. We understand some of the issues might have been related to the pandemic and the fact that this was "early" in the season (if mid-june is early??), but there was no explanations or apologies and simple things that could have mitigated issues were not done or only done on request. It feels like a lot of basics are not met from the start and you have to complain or ask to get them. Although the staff is very helpful, it just feels badly run.

The hotel is located not far from the town, very close to hotel's private quite beach. The food was great and my kids had lots of fun by the huge pool. The staff was extremely friendly to us. They provided us with all kind of information about the island. We were given maps and they told us all about the most famous attractions of Corfu. My family and I, are already planning to visit this paradise island.

Very disappointed .. why? ... four years ago my wife and I flew to this hotel and everything was really great .. because at that time I got hurt and had to rest, we decided to repeat the great experience again ... I was expecting at least the same level of service does not get better .. but on the contrary ... the hotel reception itself was cold .. official .. rooms fine ... elevator half functioning .. food catastrophe .. daily one and the same .. without Greek specialties ... no fresh fruits .. you had to guess the ingredients .. they were not labeled .. because for people with allergies this is very disturbing ... the staff is inexperienced but friendly .. mostly students .. there were too few of them .. pool bar neglected .. bartender unorganized .. obviously the owner changed and is not investing in any improvements .. sorry .. the hotel itself has great potential .. because of the location .. we will come to Corfu at this hotel probably no more ..

Spent a light all inclusive week in this hotel. Besides very good location (regarding distance to the sea), I remember as very pleasant people working in a restaurant. This two things were above average, the rest is in average- you may experience water leaking ( I did) with rather slow reaction time, rooms againt the road are noisy, even in June there was a lot of traffic. The food was OK, with some local specialities every day on menu.
