This is a fabulous B&B. Sooney was very welcoming and made sure all of our needs were met and taken care of. The breakfast was delicious and the attic room we stayed in was gorgeous! Would 100% recommend this little gem. The llamas are an added bonus!

I rented this lovely Bed and Breakfast place for my son's rehearsal dinner and my group of friends stay during the wedding weekend. It was the best decision! The property is just breathtaking. The hosts, Sooney and Mike are the greatest. They went above and beyond to make us all feel at home. I just can't say enaugh about their hospitality. Sooney's breakfast were so delicious and gourmet. We are all still craving of those breakfasts. Sooney was even helping us to do all set ups for the rehearssl dinner, and was giving us very valuable advises. I can't say enaugh how much she helped me with everything to make the rehearsal dinner a huge success. All of my friends loved the place. My son, dsughter in law and all the wedding party had a great time. We are planning to come back in the future for girls weekend get-a-way. This Bed and Breakfast is ideal for any big and small event, romantic weekend, girls trip or any kind of trip. You will be very happy and pleased just like we did.

The Willowicke Inn is a lovely old farmhouse set on idyllic property just outside of Lansing. Sooney is the perfect host-- Just the right amount of attentive without being intrusive. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean and well-appointed. The breakfasts were out-of-this-world delicious! Whether you're looking to sit and read, wander the paths, pet the alpacas, or make a trip into Lansing, this is the perfect getaway spot! We will definitely visit again when we're in the area!

We could not have asked for anything more..everything was perfect.... it was a dream come true. The Inn, service, and beautiful grounds will not disappoint. The inn is so charming. This is a top-notch 5+ star facility and Sooney (owner) is a fantastic cook. We had terrific daily brunches from sour cream pancakes with their own homemade syrup. Homemade yogurt parfaits to Bananas Foster French Toast to homemade vegetable quiche right out of the garden to a magnificent four-cheese quiche. An out-of-this-world fabulous charcuterie board from dark chocolates to fresh fruits, homemade dips and homemade breads/crackers to the meats, and homemade preserves, so many options to choose from. The best presentation I have ever seen nationally. Then the best homemade Lasagna, like grandma would make. Homemade brownies and cakes to die for. The owners- Mike and Sooney, had the best southern charm and hospitality at its most pleasing the Michigander way. All was wonderful—every last-minute request was taken care of with promptness, courtesy, and with ease. Thank you for making beautiful memories for us all...Our son’s college graduation events could not have been any better! You guys rocked it. The memories we are leaving with will last us a lifetime and more. We so appreciate Llama's experience, Mike. The llamas were the icing on the cake 😀🙌. The kids so enjoyed it as well. The hot tub was a bonus helping us to relax after a busy day. We are leaving blessed and honored to have met you guys. -Melissa

This!!! Exactly what we needed at just the right moment! Sooney and Mike were exceptional hosts. The Inn and grounds are immaculately kept and perfectly charming. From the llamas and gorgeous landscaping, to the welcoming porches where we enjoyed the countryside and early autumn breezes, and finally in the thoughtful details present throughout the entire home and in our lovely room... Every aspect of our stay left us feeling welcomed, refreshed, and restored. We wholeheartedly recommend the Willowicke Inn and look forward to visiting again...soon!

We had a positively magical farm stay at the Willowicke Inn with Sooney. She was the most amazing hostess and made sure our families and the kids were well taken care of throughout. Awesome kitchenette loaded with more breakfast than we could ever eat. Access to everything she grows in her huge farm plot, and acres on acres to explore. Fresh apples and pears form her trees. Really nice pool and hot tub setup that kept the kids super busy. Giant grill out back to use. The kids had so much fun feeding the donkeys and Llamas too. House is a super cute updated farmhouse. Kitchenette with a toaster oven, small sink, dishwasher, microwave. full size fridge, and access to a hotplate, slow cooker, and electric griddle and waffle maker. Beds were surprisingly comfortable, plenty of comfy linens/towels too. She set up a wonderful bonfire for us and the kids and had a big smores spread for us to share. magical!

We rented the whole house in late summer for our multi-family vacation and never wanted to leave! The 4 kids (ages 2-5) had the time of their lives, running around the fields, feeding the llamas and donkeys and splashing in the pool. The adults enjoyed dinners and great conversation on the front porch. As a runner, I really loved exploring the beautifully-manicured trails both in their fields and in the woods...it felt like I was in a nature preserve! Sooney and Mike were so kind. They were always available to offer fun experiences (like hosting a s'mores cookout, feeding the llamas, going out into the fields in their Gator) but were more than respectful of our space and family time. Picking fruit from their pear and apple trees and harvesting vegetables from their garden were highlights. In addition to the property, there were plenty of fun family activities and good food within a short drive. We've already recommended this place to close friends (who have already booked!) and are planning a visit for next year...maybe sooner, if we can't wait that long :)
