This!!! Exactly what we needed at just the right moment! Sooney and Mike were exceptional hosts. The Inn and grounds are immaculately kept and perfectly charming. From the llamas and gorgeous landscaping, to the welcoming porches where we enjoyed the countryside and early autumn breezes, and finally in the thoughtful details present throughout the entire home and in our lovely room... Every aspect of our stay left us feeling welcomed, refreshed, and restored. We wholeheartedly recommend the Willowicke Inn and look forward to visiting again...soon!

We had a positively magical farm stay at the Willowicke Inn with Sooney. She was the most amazing hostess and made sure our families and the kids were well taken care of throughout. Awesome kitchenette loaded with more breakfast than we could ever eat. Access to everything she grows in her huge farm plot, and acres on acres to explore. Fresh apples and pears form her trees. Really nice pool and hot tub setup that kept the kids super busy. Giant grill out back to use. The kids had so much fun feeding the donkeys and Llamas too. House is a super cute updated farmhouse. Kitchenette with a toaster oven, small sink, dishwasher, microwave. full size fridge, and access to a hotplate, slow cooker, and electric griddle and waffle maker. Beds were surprisingly comfortable, plenty of comfy linens/towels too. She set up a wonderful bonfire for us and the kids and had a big smores spread for us to share. magical!

We rented the whole house in late summer for our multi-family vacation and never wanted to leave! The 4 kids (ages 2-5) had the time of their lives, running around the fields, feeding the llamas and donkeys and splashing in the pool. The adults enjoyed dinners and great conversation on the front porch. As a runner, I really loved exploring the beautifully-manicured trails both in their fields and in the woods...it felt like I was in a nature preserve! Sooney and Mike were so kind. They were always available to offer fun experiences (like hosting a s'mores cookout, feeding the llamas, going out into the fields in their Gator) but were more than respectful of our space and family time. Picking fruit from their pear and apple trees and harvesting vegetables from their garden were highlights. In addition to the property, there were plenty of fun family activities and good food within a short drive. We've already recommended this place to close friends (who have already booked!) and are planning a visit for next year...maybe sooner, if we can't wait that long :)

Our family gathered at the Willowicke Inn last weekend and had a wonderful family reunion. We loved the location, hospitality, and special amenities the Inn offered. Sooney is a wonderful hostess! My grandchildren loved the pool, hot tub, and llamas.

Anyone can post a photo or leave a glowing review online, but for once in my life I have to admit that it just can’t truly describe just how MAGICAL a place this B&B really is with such mundane trappings. If you’re looking for a quaint stay in a tidy house full of history and character, look no further. The hosts are delightful. The beds are crazy comfortable. The breakfast served is phenomenal. It’s not ten minutes from malls and shops and all manners of entertainment while staying neatly tucked outside city limits. And if that’s all you want, feel free to stop reading here. All boxes have been ticked. But it’s SO MUCH more than that. There’s so much character in every nook and cranny of that home, every room is bustling with little secrets to be found and stories to tell. Each room carries a theme and a soul, and the house in and of itself fills you with warmth and peace simply being there. Sooney herself is such a gentle soul, so full of appreciation for the arts and life and respect for her craft. I was in awe of the passion she carries for her B&B and it’s impossible not to notice. I cannot wait to return to Willowicke Inn, to see it in the spring full of greenery. To be greeted at the front door by their affectionate barn cats. To feel that inner peace the house—the entire experience—brings to your soul. Enter as a guest, leave as a friend.
