Very nice casino. As a whim we were driving by and decided to stop. Nice clean casino. Played some slots and bought some used decks of cards in the gift shops for 50 cents a deck. There were multiple floors that we did not visit Wish we could have stayed longer

I travel with a 6lb Service Dog. We have been to Turtle Creek twice this summer and both times, my dog and I were treated with the utmost respect. This means so much to me. Unfortunately, there have been times when I have felt harassed by employees that are not familar with ADA laws. So, from the bottom of my heart, I thank the management and staff at Turtle Creek. The casino was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. We even won a little bit of money!

The casino floor is clean. There are many old and new slot machine’s. They also have table games and sports betting. The slots are tighter than tight. I dropped $100 in several machines and won NOTHING. Could not even play. My wife lost less bit also could not win anything!!!!

my.wife and i checked in on tuesday june the 6th for a 2 day stay. we went to town and returned at about 3:00 p.m. The next dayThe room was not cleaned, there were no clean plastic glasses and there was no coffee for in the morning. After speaking with the front desk about this, they said that the rooms were only cleaned every three days. when we checked in no one mentioned that. They said that there was a sign in the room telling aout this. after searching the room we found a 3'by 2" note hiden on the back of a night stand. The manager(Mike) tried to buy off my displeasure with a free sandwich.Don't go. I will never do it again

During our recent visit to Traverse City for a sports tournament, my partner and I had a comfortable stay at the Turtle Creek Casino & Hotel. The hotel is quite expensive but modern and upscale, offering free parking and a nice service for check-in and check-out. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a large bathroom and a nice big shower. We particularly loved the interior design of the room inspired by the native american culture, which added to the overall experience. The hotel is directly connected to the casino, which makes visiting the gaming halls easy and fun. It's a great place to relax and have some fun during your stay in Traverse City. Overall, we can recommend Turtle Creek Casino & Hotel for anyone looking for modern comfort and gaming fun during their visit to Traverse City. Turtle Creek Casino & Hotel in Traverse City is a nice place to stay! With modern amenities, friendly service, and direct access to the casino, it's worth my 5-star review recommendation!

Visited to see the re model of the rooms which are very nice however found most of the visit extremely disappointing to say the least. Tried to check in at 3:45 nope gotta wait until 4. Went on a Wednesday to take advantage of First Responders Program and take wife to a nice birthday dinner however discount not applied. Casino closes at midnight and reopens at 10am …which means room service only for breakfast with forced service fee plus forced gratitude. A simple cocktail on the floor was $11.50 maybe be competitive with a bar but not other casinos. Not expecting to come home wealthy but expected a nice experience. Would not recommend more value in Standish, Island, really most other in the state

We had intended to stay 3 nights having prepaid an exorbitant nightly rate of $295.a night. The hotel was literally deserted with no housekeeping of rooms. Fortunately, we were able to cancel the third night. We have stayed at the Turtle Creek Hotel for decades, but will never stay there again. There is an old saying -- fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.

I’m a player at this casino, well was, and I had a cheaper room here, it was dirty when I walked in so I decided to have the front desk get it cleaned, Helen was great called someone right away, went down to the floor to play high limits for a bit, I walk back to my room, one of there house people decided to go in to my wallet, yes my personal item and take $500.00 dollars out of my wallet, then take my airpod case….. so I lost over $650.00 from this hotel and it wasn’t even in the casino part, I’m so pissed about this…. I’m definitely going to think hard about the fact that they let employees do what they want

First of all, if you are going to stay at this hotel you must know this before entering the hotel. If you are going to Stay More Than One (1) Night you will not receive housekeeping service until after the third day. They will not tell you this when you check into their hotel. They hand the room keys to you and in that key folder is a small business card letting you know this in very small print. You will have to gather all your garbage and towels every day and call and request new towels and garbage pick up and new garbage liners. You Must round everything up for them to take it away.

This was a nice size casino with many tables games open. It was nice that although it was a Saturday evening it was incredibly busy. Probably because the weather outside had turned so nice. You have to sanitize hands on way in. Dealers were personable. It’s all no smoking which was very nice for us.
