3 of us took our horses up here for two nights. We had a wonderful time! The hosts could not have been more accommodating! They had wonderful facilities for our horses and the trails were great! We loved their pets too😊. This home is gorgeous! The breakfasts were SO good. We would have loved to stay longer, and hope to make it an annual trip.

LOVED having you three fun ladies. You were delightful guests and those beautiful horses are welcome anytime. Thank you so much for your work in cleaning up the barn and surrounding pasture. I do hope you come back next year (or sooner!)

I just came back from this lovely B&B. I can’t say enough good things about it. The proprietors, Gail and Paul, do an incredible job of keeping a cozy home, warmly welcoming their guests, and paying attention to details. My mom and I went for the Fourth of July weekend and we enjoyed our stay so much that we hope to be back again soon. Although it is tucked away in a remote area — and there are some dirt roads to get there — if one travels in the daytime and writes down the directions, it’s no problem finding it (GPS doesn’t work in the area) I loved all the flowers, the wildlife, the star-filled night skies, the peacefulness. Our breakfast was scrumptious, and most of all I enjoyed conversations with the other guests and the owners. I highly recommend Loghaven for a quiet getaway. Hoping to be back in mid-October to see the fall colors, or perhaps in winter for snowshoeing on their wooded trails.

Annette, We were so happy to meet you and your mother and enjoyed those many breakfast conversations! Thank you for the kind words about your visit to LogHaven. We do hope you'll return in the Fall or possibly to see the snow - the scenes are very different at those times of year. Looking forward to your next visit. G

A gals weekend away turned into a wonderful experience at Log Haven B&B. The owners, Paul and Gail were more than accommodating, and made us feel right at home. A relaxing evening sitting on the long front porch watching the sunset behind the trees while the deer came in close, followed by a restful nights sleep, then a wonderful breakfast and a tour of the gardens was exactly what we were looking for. A great weekend, a beautiful home to spend it in, and new friends. We are planning on going back in 2020.

Off the beaten track, for sure (some unpaved roads). But absolutely worth the drive. This exquisite home offers all the amenities you could ask for - warm & cozy rooms, scrumptious breakfasts, views that go on forever. Proprietors Gail & Paul go out of their way to assure comfort of the guests. We had 2 rooms and both had super comfortable beds with ample covers and lovely quilts. (as a quilt nut, I loved seeing all the quilts scattered throughout the home). They live mostly off the grid, so guests must be respectful of energy conservation - which is really not a problem. Gail suggested a super place for dinner in town and provided discount coupons - how terrific! Just a sidenote - cell coverage may be weak - but we didn't care. They also offer stables if you have horses (not us - but the building & pastures are there).

Being here (with my wife Suzie) for a couple days felt so relaxing...I love the 'country' location that over looks a wonderful view... pretty flowers and hummingbirds with a relaxing wrap around porch/deck... being pet-friendly allowed us to bring our 12 yr old pup Angel with us... the breakfasts each morning were awesome... one of and possibly the cleanest BnB we've stayed with... Gail and Paul are wonderful at allowing you to feel right at home... great hosts... thanks Tony
