This is the second trip where I stayed at this excellent hotel. The restaurant is one of the best serving a full breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is attached to a mall where you can find excellent restaurants a movie theater and shopping.

Conveniently located to malls and restaurants. Uber or walking a short distance allows access to most everything Guadalajara has to offer. The hotel is also connected to a plaza with restaurants, Cinema, Casino and a Krispy Creme.

Nice exterior. Nice lobby. Room decor is sort of bus station Formica. Rooms and hallways are in need of a deep clean. Some decent restaurants adjoining hotel. Not an area for walking beyond the restaurants. Lots of traffic and no nice neighborhood to wander. Probably will consider other options for future visits but will stay again if necessary.

They refused to refund the days that were prepaid. The manager didn't even want to respond to my request to speak with her regarding the bill. The room was fine. Nothing to write home about. The food was average at best. The wait staff were great. They made up for the lack of diversity of food and drink.

Very good experience ! Right off the bat, front desk gentlemen was friendly and helpful, the rooms are very clean, and as for myself, awesome bed. the free breakfast included with the room, hits it out of the park; fresh fruit (all ripe and flavorful) yogurt, granola, omelets, at least ten different options of stews, chilaquiles and so on. Chef Luis Rey is excellent and very helpful, personally keeping an eye on the quality of the food and service, the waiters and rest of the staff ALWAYS friendly and helpful, keep it up you have a good team, Thank you for the experience I will return for sure.

Overall clean and quiet. Facility maintenance is lacking with a broken room phone (and no attempt to repair after my request) Maintenance response to a clogged toilet took 3 tries and hours. The cleaning lady got ahold of the guy with the plunger for me. No microwave or fridge in the room. (They might have been available by request. Breakfast was very good.

we spent approx 2 weeks during our recent trip and had a very good experience at the hotel. staff was great, rooms are very nice and clean. the location is very convenient to stores and restaurants. we will stay there again on our next trip.

I must applaud the entire staff at Encore Guadalajara. They all went way beyond the ordinary to make us feel welcome and comfortable. A very special thanks to Imelda at the front desk who answered our questions and helped us when we needed it numerous times. Whatever they pay her, it's not enough. I really enjoyed my stay, but I didn't notice when I booked that there was no pool. But, for a business hotel, you could not want for more. Located in a complex with six great restaurants and a movie theater.
