Passed the entrance twice before realizing it could be reached through the Sam's parking lot-hidden access lanes from the nearby hotel -its behind the Cracker barrel restaurant and bank-BUT- the place was spotlessly clean-nicely furnished-with a lovely view of the woods-we went north for the autumn colors-it is a bit out of town but easily within driving distance of everything... we've stayed here before and like it for location, but do not like the price. They said it was fall colors, but locals told us wouldn't be for another month as had hot summer. But this place jacked up the price more than double for another added day Friday. Needless to say we left and found another place in Cadillac... More

Stayed here for business. This hotel was very clean. The ice water with fruit in it at the desk was a nice touch. The staff was helpful and kind. I would stay here on personal travel. The rooms and beds were comfortable.

I am a long time Marriott rewards member, and only stay at Marriott properties when possible; this property ranks/rates very high for a Fairfield Inn! Rooms nice furnished, clean, great pillows, and front desk staff very friendly and customer service oriented! Highly recommend staying here!

We stayed here for a couple of nights to see Traverse City before a family gathering. Although it is not in town, actually almost nowhere, nothing is very far. A very comfortable stay. Clean. And a very friendly, accommodating staff. Happy we stayed here.

I stay at lots of Marriott's (50 plus nights a year). This isn't the newest of Fairfield Inn's, but it's not the oldest style either. Check-in was great and I like the coupon slipped in with my room key (I use the mobile check-in) for a free food or beverage item for being a Marriott Gold rewards members. It's not... More

A top notch hotel at discounted prices. This hotel is perfect as it isn't too far from downtown Traverse City, the Vineyards of both Leelanau and Mission Peninsulas, The Commons and more. With a full complimentary breakfast, fitness room and smiling faces all around awaiting your morning, what more can you ask for.

We stayed here one night during our vacation. After a day of wine tasting and a late night out, we were looking forward to getting some rest. We were woken up at 7:00am by a repetitive banging sound, and our heads were literally shaking on our pillows. Turns out our room was directly next to the gym and there was... More

I had a real nice stay there, came to hotel in the afternoon, checked in easily, got a coupon for free snack. Nice room, nice people at front desk. The breakfast was also good, just place was small so it was a little crowded but food was good.

For a chain like this, the hotel is fabulous! Staff is very genuinely friendly and extremely knowledgeable about all kinds of things - where to eat, what to do, how to get there, and more!. The workout room is small but good enough. The room is big, clean and the bed and bed linens/pillows are some the best I have... More
