Good location - directly across from a park/beach that was a nice, quiet spot to watch the sunset. Seems to be an older Hampton but the room was comfortable and clean. We were surprised by the number of guests at breakfast because the hotel was very quiet the night before and we even commented that the hotel must be fairly...

Traverse City Hampton Inn is located immediately adjacent to Lake Michigan with beach's within a few steps away. The local restaurants are exceptional and the old town is very much restored with beautiful stores and shops. The scenery is superb and the wineries are just a few miles away to include cherry blossoms, easy driving roads and friendly places to...

Stayed at the Hampton Inn for a little mini-vacation in Traverse City/Suttons Bay. Our room was very clean and comfortable with two queen beds, small work desk/work area, amoire for hanging clothes with full size ironing board and iron, alarm clock, hairdryer, cable television and wifi and tons of outlets for charging all those devices! Nice size bathroom. Complimentary breakfast...

The front-desk staff at this Hampton are extremely friendly and accommodating! Check-in was a breeze, and they offered complimentary water bottles. Also, the breakfast was even better than a normally-good Hampton breakfast, because the food was obviously fresh, well-prepared, and the breakfast staff server was on-hand and visible to answer questions or restock.

We had arranged to spend the night here and even got to check in early. The staff here was very friendly and helpful in suggesting a place to eat. Loved it here. As it was early in the season we had great weather.

I arrived early and the front desk staff was extremely helpful with an early check in. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean, all around decent hotel. There's also a great view right across the street. Extremely close to shopping and great restaurants. Would recommend and stay again upon our next trip.

The rooms are wonderful. So clean, and the pillows are comfortable. I love the night light feature in my room. The mobile check in hurried my check in process. The room was a little tight for the closet but I am a dude, and it was fine as it fit my suit just fine.

We chose this hotel based upon location and previous stays. I find this hotel to be an average Hampton Inn. I have never stayed longer than 2 nights so it serves our purposes well. The breakfast area was very busy on Saturday morning but we were able to find a table and all the food was available. Staff were working...

Thank you for your recent response I am sorry that during your stay we were not up to the Hilton Standards. We are an older Hampton and was built in the 1980's so our rooms are smaller than the newer ones and I hope that you will continue to stay with us, we loved having you here.

Arrived with my family after long drive, front desk checking in staff are unfriendly at all. If you are a HH good member then don't expect that you will be treated like that! Hampton Inns are predictable and generally have good beds and rather boring continental breakfasts. But the staff here were so great at being positive, helpful and going out of their way to add comfort. They gave us extra water and snacks, responded immediately and seemed happy to be there. Thanks!
