Stayed here with five adult family members for the first time after many other places were already booked in the area. the location is actually ideal and is tucked backed from the highway with ample parking. the units don't look large from the outside but are good size inside with a lot of storage space for bags, etc.and not sure...

Booked for an overnighter. Upon arriving and opening our door to our NON SMOKING room we were hit with stale cigarette smell. Talked with the front desk and she informed us that a term renter that smoked, had that room, but he didn't smoke in the room. Well he/ they certainly did! So the front desk person dropped off a...

Thank You for alerting us! We're in the process of identifying any specific issues and implementing the necessary solutions. Annual Spring cleaning is under way; we always look forward to the nice weather so we can give the place the Summer Shine! Glad to refund any charges and thanks again.

We stayed for 2 nights during the week, booking at the last minute. The location is very convenient off the west arm of Traverse Bay. There are quite a few restaurants within walking distance but nothing too special...mostly chains. We arrived late, after notifying the office, and picked up our key as instructed. We had reserved a standard king room...

Great hotel - like a full condo - perfect for a family vacation. Full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, pull out bed, fireplace, nice view of woods. Right across from Bay with entertainment and convenience amenities all next door. Great stay

This place delivers more than just a place to stay at a super reasonable rate. Although not super close to downtown TC it's not very far plus it is right on the TART trail and only minutes away from the VASA ski trail. Each unit has a kitchenette and flatware-no paper plates and plastic silverware. It's quiet w parking at...

Stayed 4 nights for a business trip recently, and enjoyed the stay. One caveat - this is a no frills hotel, but a good value. Upstairs bedroom was good. Bathroom is clean, but small. Good sized fridge, and decent sofa/sitting area with TV. I would stay here again due to the value, and cleanliness.

We looked into this hotel for a pet friendly stay, 10$ a pet per night. Ended up not bringing the dogs last minute but incase anyone is looking for the pet fee...also they have to be crated and quiet if left alone. The room had a stove, fridge, sink and a microwave! Two tvs, a couch, two person table and...

We almost re-routed our trip so we could stay here an extra night...it was THAT comfortable. Feels like an apartment. We were in the 2 bedroom with jacuzzi. The bed was SO comfy...lots of pillows and nice linens. The jacuzzi...upgrade to get the jacuzzi!!..So perfect at the end of a long day. The water is so wonderfully hot. Bedroom upstairs...

This place has amazing value and is like a little apartment. I did not expect this for the pricing. I stayed in the King Jacuzzi suite. When you walk in directly behind the door is a small kitchen table that expands with 2 chairs (there are 2 more chairs in a closet). Over that is a tv. To the right...
