Friendly professional staff greeted us. Nice to get a welcome email making sure if we needed anything, the staff was ready to help. Great beach view. Close to city happenings. Would love to have stayed longer but on a road trip. Very comfortable and safe. Rooms very clean!

Thank you for the review. I am truly sorry to hear you did not sleep well, accommodating all of our guests is our primary concern. We will always respond to any noise complaint as we receive them in a hasty fashion and enforce a quiet hour. For a future stay, feel free to communicate with the desk agent when creating the reservation and we can find a weekend without any teams in house, as they are often planned far in advance.

Unfortunately we do not have a lounge or restaurant right on the property, however there are restaurants within walking distance of the resort. There is also a wide selection of restaurants and bars 3 miles down the road in downtown Traverse City
