I'm from downstate in Michigan. I decided since it was the "off" season 11-22-2016 that I would drive into Traverse City and check out different places. I stopped at The Beach Condominiums 1st. I arrived early around 11:30am the young lady at the front desk was more than helpful, she gave me the key to look at room 349. It...

The location and layout are great but unit 219 in need of updating and repairs. Ceiling and wall water damage with wall crack drywall separating, broken Formica on kitchen counter, jacuzzi tub cracking around the bottom, and water damage to wall in shower area. Probably should not be rented out again till repairs made unless rates reduced

We have been coming here for over 20 years and love the layout, with separate bedroom, kitchen and living area. But boy, is this place showing its age. We've been noticing it for the last several years, but on this trip in Oct. 2016 even more so. The whirlpool tubs in every unit are just nasty looking, with mold growing...

We were looking for a place to stay in Traverse City that would allow easy access to both points east (Elk Rapids, Charlevoix, Petoskey, Mackinaw City) and points west (Leland, Glen Arbor, Sutton's Bay) and we found the Beach Condos! The location was perfect, the condo was just the right size and the easy access to the beach was the...

We have been coming here over the last twenty five years! It had begun to show some wear and tear and the queen bed and soaker tub had lost its appeal. Recently I visited their website and saw individual virtual tours. Wow! Some have been redone and are great. One year we took Thanksgiving dinner that we made in our...

This condo is truly a home away from home. It's the perfect size for two people. We stayed 5 nights and were very comfortable. This is our 3rd time at The Beach and our 2nd time in room 101. Nice king size bed, large bathroom with a spa tub. Plenty of windows and a slider so you can walk out...

Very comfortable accommodation. Its a home away from home and much roomier than your basic hotel room. Love the balcony and listening to the waves hit the shore. It's located right next to a boat rental with reasonable rates. Will definitely be back next year.

We made our first trip to Traverse City and chose this condo based on the advice of a friend. From the outside it looks like a mom and pop kind of hotel, but we were pleasantly surprised with the room! Each is individually owned but unit 329 is gorgeous! Hardwood floors, granite counters and a full kitchen, 2 pullouts in...

We spent our honeymoon here and absolutely loved it. Fantastic, private beach, all rooms have a view of the Bay, the rooms are great and the staff is very friendly. Condo had all the amenities and the hotel is located away from the bustle of downtown TC, but close enough to visit - and close enough to other great restaurants...
