We stayed in the lavender room. Nice, big, remodeled bathroom. Breakfast good, but nothing gourmet. Bruce, Angie, and Tyler are very proud owners. They were eager to tell history stories of the inn and their family. They started and enjoyed a bonfire with guests.

This Inn was built in 1869 and only owned by 4 families. Rooms are decent size and we had our own private bath which was nicely updated. Loved the shower...excellent water pressure and warmth. Lots of historical information and if you are into antiques, there are loads of them. Yard is nice with so many huge old trees, games, hammocks,... More

We loved Old Mission Inn! The hosts were great and really took great pride in ownership. The morning breakfasts were very good, and made to order. Our room was a mini sweet "The Cherry Room". A small kitchen, and very comfortable and clean. The beach is within walking distance, and plenty of relaxing opportunities. Tour vineyards, farms, light house, antiquing... More

Old Mission Inn is really a special place. My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful historic B&B, which exceeded my expectations. The owners (Angie, Bruce, and Tyler) go out of their way to make sure each guest is accommodated and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this B&B for a couple's getaway in Traverse City. The only... More

We very much enjoyed our experience in staying at Old Mission Inn. Angie, Bruce, and Tyler were very helpful in sharing information about the history of their inn and the surrounding area. We stayed in the Vineyard Room and it was very nice and clean! Peaceful surroundings, beautiful scenery, and delicious food in the area.

Thank you Angie, Bruce and Tyler for welcoming my husband and I into your home. We enjoyed getting to know you all along with some lovely guests of the Inn. The history of your historical home and the Old Mission peninsula is amazing and your collection of historical items is vast. Our Vineyard room was comfortable and quiet along with... More

Wen up for a girl weekend and we felt like the owners followed us and watched us at all times. We told them we were there for a bachelorette weekend and the owner snapped that we needed to remember we were not the only ones there. We were not rowdy or loud by any means and the only time we... We stayed at the Old Mission Inn for 3 nights and couldn't have enjoyed it more! Paul, Angie, and Tyler were gracious hosts with much knowledge of the area as well as the history of the Inn. The effort the three of them put forth is obvious from the condition of the inn to the beauty of the surrounding grounds.... More

My husband and I were thrilled to find Old Mission Inn for this year's anniversary celebration; from booking with Tyler (and later playing cornhole!) to being regaled with stories of Bruce and Angie's passionate and extensive remodeling over the years to just knowing we were in a unique spot up on the peninsula, there was nothing lacking and we couldn't... This is our second stay at this inn, and we couldn't be happier with the service, room and food. The family running the inn makes this a unique experience. It is close enough to Traverse City to make a run into town doable, yet far enough away to feel like you "got away from it all"
