More than wonderful and super comfortable. My family rented the entire inn Fall of 2020. The house, yard, covered porch and the garden pergola with fireplace was amazing. The owners are so accommodating and responsive. Our group of 11 stayed for a week and had more than enough privacy when we wanted quiet time with indoor and outdoor gathering spaces available to us. The kitchen is fully stocked/equipped for any cooking need. Honestly the best vacation experience we’ve had in Southwest Michigan.

Place was very nice and location was great. We rented the whole B&B due to COVID concerns and had a great weekend. Despite a pleasant weekend, the owners claimed damages to house 2 weeks after stay and retroactively charged us with the security deposit. They were very aggressive and inappropriate in pursuit of charges - threatening legal action and looking up personal family information via internet to scare us. Use caution renting from them.

Response from Ron Zarantenello, Owner at Three Oaks Inn
Responded 4 days ago
Joe and Jennifer (from Chicago, IL) rented the inn for a small group rental. We have a strict no-pet policy. After negotiating a lower rate for their small group, Joe and Jennifer snuck a dog and more guests than agreed for their stay. We ran their security deposit per our guidelines and agreement. The dog chewed on furniture that needed to be repaired which Jennifer eventually owned up to bringing in the dog. Jennifer first mentioned that her father is an attorney and that his advice was to send us $50 to cover hundreds of dollars in damages. With Jennifer opening the door to her father's name and profession, of course we searched Google to find his contact information for our attorney if needed. Jennifer also filed a false claim with her credit card company that we illegally charged her card for the security deposit. After a 3-month investigation by her credit card company, they agreed with us that she was responsible for the charges. Joe Sideranko in this review claims we were very aggressive in pursuing public information and couldn't be more untrue. We are very saddened that this young couple cannot simply accept the responsibility for their actions and that we were forced to keep their security deposit. We always do our best to work with our guests to ensure they are comfortable and happy with the accommodations and their stay. We sincerely hope Jennifer and Joe learned their lesson and wish them well so that we all may move forward.

Had a few days in Winchelsea and the weather was dreadful so had a ride around the local villages and came across this lovely pub. Great staff with a very warm welcome 8n spite of the covid restrictions which were well observed too. Good choice of ale which was well kept and a full and varied menu. My wife just had a ploughman's which was awesome and plentiful.i only had a pate with toast and salad which again was so plentiful and tasty. If i lived closer I would gladly make this wonderful pub my local. Try it yourself ....im glad I did. Well done the Tree oaks Inn.

We recently spent a night at the Three Oaks Inn while in town for a show at the Acorn Theatre. The Inn and our room (The Palladian Suite) were very charming, nicely appointed, exceptionally clean and comfortable; the owners, Ken and Ron, provided exceptional service and were both very engaging. We were able to walk to dinner and the show, and beautiful beach hikes, wineries and breweries are only a short drive. This is the kind of establishment and people we love to support.

We were invited to a wedding that was being held in Three Oaks at a distillery and thought we'd drive home afterwards. After we gave that idea a bit of thought, we decided that we should stay the night nearby. We learned Three Oaks doesn't have any hotels and the nearest was about 7 miles away. A further search we found Three Oaks Inn B&B on google. We've never stayed at a B&B prior not knowing what to expect. We called and made our reservation about 6 months prior to the wedding and chose the Sunset room. What a fantastic gem! We arrived and were greeted by the owner. He showed us around and asked if we needed any advice on things to do. The Inn is lovely...actually stunning. It's beautifully decorated, very clean and yet relaxed and inviting. The pictures online are great but in person, the space is so better... formal without being stuffy. We were the first guests that weekend and they showed us the other guest suite rooms. They each have their own personality, but remain cohesive. When looking closely at the decor, I realized the art is original...no cheap posters or prints. The furniture is very high quality and comfortable. Our room while not huge is laid out very well, with nice bedding, a TV with cable, side chair, reading lamp, wifi, and a very good sized private bathroom. A walk-in closet kept the room from getting in disarray. They have an amazing covered porch where we hung out for awhile and there's a covered patio with a fountain. We were treated to a homemade breakfast each morning. They did an excellent frittata (like a baked omelette) and paired it with maple glazed skinless sausage, mixed fruit and the most "to die for" blueberry muffins! Sunday morning we had a baked French toast with blueberries that was awesome! Our first B&B experience as an awesome new experience for us and we can't wait to try it again. We did some exploring of Three Oaks. It's quite a wonderful small village in S.W. Michigan that was an easy 90 minutes drive from Lincoln Park. We will be back!
