The room was ok but the odor of cigarette smoke lingered. Lamps were not working on the desk. The bathroom fan was very loud. I expected much more from this chain. The redeeming thing was a sweet staff who worked hard at keeping it together.

It's not Hampton but it's half the price -- and for the money you get a clean room, a decent bed, four pillows, an in-room coffeemaker and (if you're into it) a decent flat-screen TV. It was a pleasant stay. I felt safe, everything was clean, comfortable beds. Reasonable rates. Service was great! It was close to restaurants and shopping and the freeway. II would stay there again. The only thing is I felt their Wi-Fi wasn't that great.

I was pleasantly suprised at the rooms! Bathrooms could have used a little work. Air conditioning units worked great it was in the nineties and our rooms were cool and comfortable. There was a nightime employee keeping watch outside. Stairways could really use a broom though and stair rails could use a good cleaning!!! Overall the conditioning units made my... More

We stayed in the hotels for two nights, really like it. Was comfortable. Nice rooms, nicely located for a visit to Detroit. However because this is a dog friendly hotel, there were dog barking for quite sometimes. I called the front desk to make my complaint and it was over with within minutes. Terrible smell due to wet floor or leaking AC, was supposed to get credit for room according to "Donna" within 5 to 7 days,still waiting after nearly 3 weeks .The date we stayed was June 19 th,2015 and still no response from anyone!

The location was right off of I-75. We checked in late and the lobby was locked up and we were greeted by a clerk behind a plexiglass window. The clerk was friendly and even though we asked for 2 no smoking rooms, both rooms smelled like smoke. The rooms were clean and the place was quiet.

We were pleasantly surprised. Staff was courteous - Jacqueline and Donna were very helpful. 2nd floor room was extremely quiet as we stayed on side away from train tracks.
