We felt part of nature here and could view wildlife from the property. Mike and Laura were excellent hosts and Lynette was a great guide. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. This was a trip of a lifetime fore us and combining this private reserve with a self drive in Kruger was a perfect combination.

Just spent 4 nights at Muweti with my husband and another couple, and we could not be more satisfied with our experience! The lodge is tucked away into a private part of the reserve and each individual chalet brings you nose to nose with nature, all while offering you the comfort of a fine resort. We were lucky enough to be visited by elephants, zebra, monkeys, baboons, and several antelope species while on the lodge alone, and saw tons of other animals on our game drives. It was a more incredible experience than we’d ever imagined. Mike and Laura truly made us feel as though we were part of their family, and we were genuinely sad to leave them. Mike’s passion for and knowledge of the land is truly remarkable, and it showed on each game drive we took. Laura’s cooking is to die for, and she and the staff went above and beyond catering to my needs as the only vegetarian in the group. Thank you all for this experience! We so wish we were back there already!

My husband and I had a fabulous time , we spent 2 nights in a full service chalet. Linda, Lynnette and Hardis took excellent care of us. Hardis is very knowledgeable about the forest and the animals. The food was delicious, the bed was comfortable. We are very thankful for the serene experience.

Everything was amazing. Laura, Mike, Lynnette and Hardess are very friiendly. The game drives were fantastic, we could see a lot of animals and the best part was seeing 6 lions hunting at least 3 warthogs, something that I'm gonna remember for the rest of my life. I recommend Muweti Bush Lodge without a doubt.

Staying at Muweti Bush Lodge was a delightful, unique and nourishing experience. While staying at a lovely lodge in the middle of the African savannah, where you are a step away from the unbelievably beautiful nature and wildlife the land has to offer, you will be able to have the guidance and attention of your amazing hosts, Laura and Mike, who will make sure you take the most out of your stay at Muweti. Also, with daily game drives leaded by incredibly experienced guides, that include coffee and drinks to continue enjoying the ride, you will be given the opportunity to meet breath taking animals, and closely watch them behave in their natural environment, which is simply a priviledge. Muweti Bush Lodge also offers a peaceful stay between game drives, where you can relax at the pool and have refreshing drinks, while enjoying the amazing home-made meals prepared for its guests. I will highly recommend the entire experience, not only as a once in a lifetime experience, but hopefully, as a trip you may allow yourself to repeat with the rest of your family or friends, in order to share with them the incredible journey you were able to live in this place. Don't miss the opportunity to stay at Muweti!
