We enjoyed our stay at this charming B and B. The rooms were cozy, comfortable, and clean, with a nice patio overlooking a pond in the back. It's close to the dunes, wineries, and orchards, with lots of nice little restaurants and antique shops nearby. I would definitely stay

Our group had the entire property. We were a large group and were able to use the great kitchen for all of our meals. Plenty of plates and silverware. The property is very nice, plenty of parking and a large deck. The only negative was the noise level in the upstairs

"The two downstairs rooms have nice little patios that are perfect for enjoying a bottle of wine from the nearby wineries."
"Main house rooms are very noisy"
"While all rooms seem to be equally nice, a staircase leads to the upper rooms. Lower rooms are more accessible and open directly onto the grassy area and Koi pond via a back entrance. Nice for those with mobility issues or small children who want to go out to play ...but be sure the little ones are being watched."
"Choose a room upstairs."
"We loved the Gingko Room but may look at the other available rooms next time we visit."
