Molly is a fantastic in keeper. The house is clean, charming, and has such personal and wonderful touches. Our room (stern grove- the only downstairs room) was quiet (didn’t hear much from the above occupants) , and the bed was comfortable—not too soft and not too firm. Perfect location in town. Only a block to shops and restaurants, as well as much of the town of Saugatuck, Twin Oaks is also gay friendly and very welcoming. My husband and I felt very comfortable throughout our stay thanks to Molly's hospitality. Breakfast was delicious too!

Property's Favorite Review
Such a cute B&B one block off the hustle and bustle of downtown Saugatuck. Their prime location makes it easy to stop back to change shoes or grab a coat throughout the day while hanging out in Saugatuck. The beautiful back yard is peaceful and serene, and we spent two of our three nights sitting back there with a bottle of wine. Very friendly and welcoming staff, and the breakfasts were SO good! I would recommend Twin Oaks to anyone looking for great location and accommodations at a reasonable price.

We just stayed at Twin Oaks and cannot say enough about it. Verrry convenient location with parking. The beds are outstanding. Molly’s breakfasts were the best. We cancelled all breakfast reservations. Restaurant quality food and impeccable accommodations. We are going to stay here all the time.

Clean and friendly. Easy parking. Nice rooms. The breakfast was classic B+B. Coffee always ready in the morning. Beautiful grounds yard and neighborhood. Very close and convenient to everything that Saugatuck has to offer. We would come back again.

We enjoyed our stay at Twin Oaks. Molly is delightful and we enjoyed our time with her. Wonderful breakfast and public spaces. Plenty of areas to hang out if desired inside and out. A block or two to downtown Saugatuck. Very convenient. We enjoyed our room, huge bathroom and a bed that provided a good night's sleep.

This was our first trip ever to a B&B and let me tell you it was absolutely AMAZING! Molly and Rob (Lulu and Bean) were so welcoming! And the Inn is so quaint and homey and in a fantastic location a block from downtown. And the coffee ( with a treat) and Molly's breakfast creations were delicious. Our room, The Laurel Heights, was so comfortable, cute, and clean. And we were fortunate enough to have met some wonderful guests staying at the time too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will most definitely be headed back for future stays. Thanks Molly and Rob for our introduction to B&B's we can't wait to plan our next visit back.

My partner and I stayed at Twin Oaks for our first post-COVID vacation. We wanted a place right in downtown Saugatuck to relax and use as a home base to go check out things like the Dunes State Park and Twin Oaks was just PERFECT! Molly and Rob are fantastic hosts and made a phenomenal breakfast for us every single morning. Even more, they are kind and welcoming people who were just a pleasure to be around during our stay at the inn. This was our first time in Saugatuck but I’m confident we’ll be back and we won’t think about staying anywhere but Twin Oaks!

We got so lucky to stay at the TWIN OAKS INN! Our room was so gorgeous, comfortable and stylish. We absolutely loved our hosts and their care with wonderful breakfasts and conversations and guidance. We adore the town with the parks, walks, nature and culture. But our hotel was the best part of our stay. The bathtub, the style, the amenities, and the yard really made us feel at home on a surprising sunny weekend in November. Thanks Molly and Rob. We will be back.

Molly rocked with her breakfast creations. Not the usual but delish! Very comfortable and one block from town. The rooms were well furnished. The yard and common areas outside were inviting and a great place to nap.

Great place to stay and a great location! Close to everything you want to be in downtown, yet peaceful location. The inn was very clean and nicely accommodated. Breakfast was amazing. Absolutely loved it.
