The perfect location in downtown Saugatuck, this updated bed and breakfast features spacious guest rooms that include a king or queen bed and a large private bathroom. Some rooms include a jetted tub, mini-fridge, and/or all-season fireplace. Twin Oaks Inn offers a large common room with sitting area plus a screened-in porch and outdoor patio. Full breakfast is served daily.

You couldnt ask for more from a B&B. Molly is so helpful and friendly and accommodating... special food requests, recommendations... whatever we needed. The Inn is quaint and clean and inviting and in THE perfect location in Saugatuck... two block walk to stores and restaurants and bars and activities... 3block to the water. The beds and pillows are so comfy, the breakfasts are delicious, the fire place is cosy, the side enclosed porch is the perfect place to unwind with a glass of wine and if it gets chilly. there are throw blankets and heaters. This was our second stay here in two years... we actually planned a boys trip and booked all 6 rooms which made it an even cooler experience! We had our run of the place and never even bother to close/lock our bedroom doors...it was like staying at a relatives house out of town. If you want a relaxing, stress free get away... dont pass up the chance to stay here!

Such a cute B&B one block off the hustle and bustle of downtown Saugatuck. Their prime location makes it easy to stop back to change shoes or grab a coat throughout the day while hanging out in Saugatuck. The beautiful back yard is peaceful and serene, and we spent two of our three nights sitting back there with a bottle of wine. Very friendly and welcoming staff, and the breakfasts were SO good! I would recommend Twin Oaks to anyone looking for great location and accommodations at a reasonable price.

Twin Oaks Inn is beautiful and in a quiet location of Saugatuck. Innkeeper, Molly, is gracious and welcoming and her breakfasts are out of this world delicious! Breakfast is served in the lovely screened in porch, dining room, or you can enjoy the serene backyard filled with gorgeous hydrangeas and perennials. A delight to the senses!

What a lovely place to stay! The location is perfect for exploring Saugatuck, Douglas, Holland. Perfect for exploring by foot after a lovely breakfast on the porch or outside. Molly, the owner is wonderful! Very helpful with local suggestions and other needs to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are well done with individual A/C units, if needed, but the house is already air conditioned. Bathroom and linens are great... plenty of space in the room and bathroom.

The host Molly was really nice, helpful, and welcoming. The breakfasts she cooked during our stay were awesome. The hosts take pride in the upkeep of the property and making the stay enjoyable for all the guests and it shows. Room and property are very clean and comfortable.

Molly is a fantastic in keeper. The house is clean, charming, and has such personal and wonderful touches. Our room (stern grove- the only downstairs room) was quiet (didn’t hear much from the above occupants) , and the bed was comfortable—not too soft and not too firm. Perfect location in town. Only a block to shops and restaurants, as well as much of the town of Saugatuck, Twin Oaks is also gay friendly and very welcoming. My husband and I felt very comfortable throughout our stay thanks to Molly's hospitality. Breakfast was delicious too!

The perfect Chicago escape after so many months of staying safely inside. The Victorian house was updated in design/decor while maintaining the original character, so inviting and spacious. Covid rules followed, super clean! Hand sanitizer and mask reminders everywhere. Innkeeper Molly was kind and her breakfasts were inspired and delicious! We could have stayed all week. If it’s helpful, my husband and I are in our late 30’s and rarely choose B&B’s over hotels (I typically dislike the stuffiness of lace and old floral patterns in Victorian BB’s) so this was a pleasant surprise. Evening tip, buy wine from the local store to enjoy in the back garden at night, so peaceful! I cannot wait to get back.

We enjoyed a lovely weekend at Twin Oaks Inn. The Inn is a beautifully restored Victorian home and the room was quite comfortable. The location was perfect in walkable downtown Saugatuck. Our hosts were very welcoming providing a tasty breakfast and many extra touches to make our visit special!

We got so lucky to stay at the TWIN OAKS INN! Our room was so gorgeous, comfortable and stylish. We absolutely loved our hosts and their care with wonderful breakfasts and conversations and guidance. We adore the town with the parks, walks, nature and culture. But our hotel was the best part of our stay. The bathtub, the style, the amenities, and the yard really made us feel at home on a surprising sunny weekend in November. Thanks Molly and Rob. We will be back.

Twin oaks is a charming inn! The rooms are all beautifully decorated, our bed was very comfy, it was very quiet too. The location is perfect - few steps and you are in town. Molly is an amazing cook! We stayed 2 nights and our breakfasts were absolutely delicious and beautiful presentation. Molly and Rob are wonderful hosts as are their dogs Lulu & Bean. Highly recommend! We will definitely be back. :)

Twin Oaks Inn is in downtown Saugatuck. The main street in downtown Saugatuck is Butler Street, and this bed and breakfast is just one block from Butler Street.
