My boyfriend and I stayed here in January and to be honest, I was a little worried that there wouldn't be much to do in the winter. Beechwood Manor was really cozy and accommodating, definitely one of the best B&B's I've stayed at. The breakfast at Beechwood was AMAZING, I would honestly drive all the way from Chicago just to... I have stayed at other B&B's and always enjoyed them. However, the Beechwood Manor tops them all. All the little details add up to an amazing visit. A beautiful place with the nicest hosts. The breakfasts are the best I have ever had (really). We relaxed in our room with the fireplace keeping us warm. Enjoyed both Saugatuck and Douglas... More

I recently spent 2 weekdays at the Beechwood Manor Inn. First of all, Saugatuck is a wonderful quaint little beach town you must explore. Beechwood is a lovely home and the hosts make it even more lovely. Guests access to the downstairs during all hours - there is a kitchen with a frig, snacks, coffee, water, other drinks and a... We first stayed at the Beechwood Manor Inn a couple years ago and enjoyed the experience very much. So much so that we decided to return again. This B&B remains our favorite B&B experience. The hosts are so warm and thoughtful. They really think of everything. They are gracious, helpful and unintrusive. I was constantly wowed by the thoughtful touches... More

We did not know what to expect from a B&B, being it was our first time staying in one, but we were blown away by this experience. Tucked away on a cozy little street, but still walking distance to town, this cozy and charming B&B is the perfect location. Jamie, the inn keeper treats you like family From the moment... More

Beechwood is an inviting, quaint and refreshing place in Saugatuck, which is, itself, all of the above. The location of the B&B on a quiet street puts one in walking distance to town. Breakfasts done by Scott and presented by lovely Jamie, his wife, are magnificent. Background music at breakfast eases one into the day and a welcome bottle of... More

My husband and I just left an amazing experience at this little gem. Jaime (the hostess) is so warm and friendly, she makes you feel welcome from the first conversation. She is the friend you wish you could invite to your girls nights out. Breakfast every morning, expertly crafted by her husband Scott, was simply amazing. We were so full... More

We drove up to a lovely and historic/landmarked home with a furnished porch. The parking is in the rear but the entrance is in the front. We were greeted by Scott, who checked us in, gave us a tour of the house, took our full payment and gave us the key. We stayed in Enid which was a larger room... More

We stayed in the three bedroom cottage (with our dog) which is behind the actual bed and breakfast. So, we were able to walk to breakfast just though the beautiful wooded lot. It is located a short walk to the town, and under a five minute drive to the beach. The cottage was well kept, the be was comfortable, the... More

A Michigan Bed and Breakfast in February may not be everyone's idea of relaxation, but I would encourage you to consider this Saugatuck gem. Extremely comfortable room in a historically significant building (home to Warner Sutton, Consul General at Nuevo Laredo, Mexico in the 19th century), fantastic choice of breakfast entrees, Beechwood Manor provided a wonderful location to recharge and...
