This place does excellent breakfasts but we were sadly disappointed with the rest of our stay. Our twin-bedded room might just have accommodated one double bed but was a real squeeze for two people with luggage and was in need of general refurbishment.

Recently visited the Oak Bay Guest House ( have stayed there before). The staff are very friendly and service was good. Our room was comfortable with an on suite. The room was clean and comfortable, the only complaint is the bathroom door could not swing completely open as it hit the end of the bed, easily solved by pushing the...

We were welcomed with warm smiles and a cozy clean room. We will definitely come again soon and tell all of our friends to do so too. The breakfast was fresh, creative and sustained us for the day. The location exposed us to a serene residential area with amazing marine views for our walks. Everyone we spoke to was friendly.

An old B&B, English styled with nice rooms. Breakfast was ok with toast, eggs and muffins. The people are nice too. Infortunatly it's far away from downtown Vivtoria. It can get hot during summernights, there is no airconditioning. We had a nice stay, but overall; I would not recommand it. But if you want a nice, relaxed and easy old...

This B and B in Victoria is located in a beautiful location, a mere block from the ocean and just a short distance to Oak Bay Village. Our stay however, fell short of our expectations. Having stayed a few times in another B and B in Victoria that we enjoyed tremendously, this establishment could not compare. The owners / staff...

We stayed in the Raphael room for three nights in July. The room was small but had an en suite bathroom. The breakfast each morning was delicious and the dining room accommodated quite a few guests. We walked to the Oak Bay Beach Hotel to have drinks and dinner in the evening . The neighborhood that the Oak Bay Guest...

Another lovely and very British B&B Guesthouse in Victoria/ Vancouver Island. The Landlady is very open minded, helpful and offers awesome fresh made breakfast in the morning. We loved it. Parking places in front or in the back yard which is very nice for people who are traveling by car. Rooms incl. bathrooms very British and absolutely clean. And by...

The Oak Bay Guest House is an old Victorian era boarding house converted to a B&B. Rooms such as ours, the Cottage, are quite small, and in need of some renovation. Again this room is directly across from the check-in desk and at times becomes quite noisy, but overall I would not consider the B&B to be noisy. Yes, the...

We stayed in the Garden room, which is a small but nice room overlooking the lovely front gardens. Unfortunately, we missed the mention of the bathroom being "across the hall" (and 10 feet along the hallway); fortunately, bathrobes were provided! The bathroom had a good supply of toiletries, but the wall tiles are a most unpleasant shade of bright lemon...

We stayed 1 night at this guest house in Oak Bay. There was on site parking, beautiful gardens & a great night's sleep in our suite. The breakfast next morning was excellent & we were delighted with 2 muffins to take-away with us. This is a nice area just outside of downtown Victoria, B.C. We had a great dinner at...

Nestled in the quiet, safe community of Oak Bay, where wealthy Victorians have been escaping the hustle and bustle of Victoria's Inner Harbour and the Empress Hotel for over a hundred years. Be only minutes (and a world) away from all the Victoria has to offer. This Victoria Bed and Breakfast, located in BC, Canada, is a gracious 1912 Victorian Home. The home was converted to the Newport Inn in 1922 and has been accommodating travelers to Victoria since then. There are 9 rooms and 2 suites, all with private bathrooms (10 of the bathrooms are en suite). Free breakfast. Sun lounge is perfect for an afternoon cup of tea or snack. A fireside lounge is cozy for an evening glass of wine. Oak Bay is a walkers paradise. Easy walking distance to Oak Bay Village, Oak Bay Beach Hotel, Oak Bay Marina, Victoria Golf Club, Royal Victoria Yacht Club, Willow Beach and almost countless parks.
