My wife and I stayed at the Dove Nest Bed and Breakfast to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary. The hosts, John and Jitka, were very nice people, and accommodated our late arrival with no complaints. The room we stayed in, the Royal Oak, was large with a private balcony and bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. Breakfast was pleasant with... More

A great place to spend the weekend. The house and rooms was very clean and well maintained. The hosts were very friendly. The food was delicious. The location was great for many close by hiking trails in the forest. I especially loved Tabor Hill Winery for their atmosphere and food. I loved the beer and food at Silver Harbor Brewery.

We were staying at Dove Nest for four days, celebrating our 50th anniversary. We couldn't have picked a more perfect place! The room was very cozy and colorful. We stayed two nights over a weekend. We showed up earlier than I said but they had the room ready. Great bed and very nice room. Breakfast was a three course meal. Food was hot and very very good. We will be back.

Well, I am way late for this review but this place still has so much meaning to me that I wanted to make sure to give them the credit they deserve! My husband and I had our first baby in July of 2013. I had a 6 week maternity leave and at the end of the leave I wanted to... More

This B and B was the family home of the proprietors and is surrounded by lovely gardens and a big koi pond. The rooms are nice with large en suite bathrooms. Breakfasts are tasty and end with a surprise dessert. The place is convenient to St. Joseph and its beaches.

We stayed 6 nights and referred to it as home. The owners could not have been kinder or more welcoming. The bed / mattress was SO COMFY! Absolutely clean and welcoming. The breakfasts were delicious and fresh with home baked goodies at the end of each breakfast. We encourage our friends to come for a stay and know they will... More

We recently stayed here after a friend suggested the St Joseph area to us. This is a charming and delightful B&B. John and Jitka treated us like royalty. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, we stayed in the Blue room which was spotless and very comfortable. There is so much to experience in the St Joe area. We started our morning... More
