Looks are deceiving! The hotel is clean and good repair. The staff are very friendly and courteous, going the extra mile. They are very handicapped (we're traveling with wheelchair bound family member) friendly and claim to be equally pet friendly! The only drawbacks are the breakfast menu is limited and unvarying day to day as well as the patio area offers no ambiance and is subject to the road noise from highway. Will be staying there again if just to see if they are half as friendly towards my dog as they were to my disabled relative.

Stayed here for just one night. The staff was wonderful. I was worried walking to the room as the exterior needs work and the price was low - however once inside our room we were super surprised. Totally renovated and super nice. Perfect spot! We will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here! The Staff is very nice and accomodating. They give you free vouchers for the casino. The pool and hot tub were a nice way to warm up. No complaints about our stay. We will be back in the future!

This is an old Rodeway Inn. Smelled of weed. Pool closed early. Overcharged and wouldn't refund. No breakfast other than bars, which are snacks, not breakfast. Room was uninhabitable with leaks from rain and AC unit. Bathroom was too small and moldy. Beds too small for 2 and very uncomfortable. Room had light coming in from both sides day and night. Sleepless night even though somewhat quiet. Should have stayed in car.

This is a nice budget hotel in a cool tourist town. Anyone who complains that the amenities aren't extraordinary and pristine should pay the extra $200-$400 a night for a super modern chain-level experience. Voyager Inn accepts pets and has a nice big pool. And breakfast was pleasantly good considering the price.

Everything with my stay was a pleasant surprise. Linens were all very clean and nice. The room furnishings were well maintained. Alarm clock had 1 usb port. A breakfast was offered which exceeded my expectations. The location is convenient. The only negative is that it does not have a scenic view. Would stay again.

Found this hotel on Trip Advisor, and was SO happy we did! The staff was amazingly friendly, and the hotel was very clean. Quiet, too, which is surprising since it's right off the highway. We checked in a little early but they had no problem with that. They answered all of our questions without hesitation. We received $10 in free play to the casino each night we were there, and there are shuttles to both the casino and the ferry lots. We didn't take either one, but they're available!! Breakfast was pretty decent...Bagels, English muffins, donuts, pre-packaged danish, hard boiled eggs, French toast, yogurt, cereal, and orange juice. Everything was fresh and constantly restocked. The soap they provide for hand washing is awful. It doesn't lather... it's like a block of caulk. Be sure to bring your own soap for sure. Pool area and hot tub are fantastic. Pool was a little chilly but I swam for a half an hour and had it to myself. We were the only ones in the hot tub. I would definitely stay here again.

Good location but that was about it. Our room was by the indoor pool. The carpet in the room felt damp. There was a dirty dehumidifier in our room that didn’t turn on. Hotel seems run-down. It was not worth the low price. Visiting the town again, we will choose a higher priced hotel.

My 8yr old Grndson and I booked a room on 6/23/21. The pool was a MUST Have. We returned at 3pm from the Shipwreck Musium in Paradise Mi, ready for Papa and Grandson fun at the pool evening. After getting our key we checked out the pool. It had a sign that said "pool closed for maintence until tomorrow at 10am. He was devistated. I knew I would have to quickly book another in town with a pool. The lady at the desk said she understood but I would have to get my refund later. I turned the keys having never seen the room and we headed to the Baymont down the street that was twice the price. I called a week later and the Mngr said there was never a sign so you get no refund. If there was NO Sign then why would we leave and pay double somewhere else? They were not even close to being booked up. Now I see why! VERY Poor customer service. Be careful of places like this that have your card #.
