My family chooses this hotel every year to stay. The friendly staff, clean rooms, great location, and view of the water with all its any boats and ships passing by. The large swimming pool and hot tub, and the nice boardwalk for an evening walk by the river is great fun for everyone. And be sure to climb aboard an enjoyable trolley ride to see the sites of the city. And we always make several stops in the gift shop located right in the hotel. It’s amazing and it definitely has something for everyone!

This is a beautiful property on the water. The desk staff was friendly and welcoming. We met some members of the senior management team in the hallway and they were very friendly, also. The front desk sent a text shortly after check in to be sure everything was to our liking and again later in the evening to see if we needed anything prior to our departure. Our room was very nice. We had selected a premium room, with balconies facing both the bridge and the river. The room was comfortable, well appointed and quiet. Worth the extra cost for the view. The bed was very comfortable, the sheets fresh and crisp, the towels larger than most hotel towels and the shower was very large. Would give them a 6, if the restaurant attached was up to the same standards. (I understand that will be changing soon when they change from an outsourced restaurant service to in-house management.)

Everyone was pleasant and the kids had fun swimming New Year’s Eve. Our rooms were adjoining with other family members so that was nice. We will definitely be back. I loved the fact they had disinfect wipes throughout the common areas for you to use.
