Let me start by saying we have stayed at this hotel a dozen times over the years and have always had a nice stay until this last time. We arrived on 12/26 for a ski trip, even though there was no snow on the ground at this time and the hotel was fairly empty. We checked into our room, and...

Sir, your reservation was made through a third party, I didn't charge you anything. You are in our system as a 3 day stay, and by the time you called it to my attention, it was almost a month after you had left the hotel. I'm sorry but, things need to be attended to at the proper time. And yes,...

It is a great place to stay for a snow vacation. We came to ski and hang out in the area. It is close to the slops, Mackanaw City and the snowmobiling trails. Breakfast is great and the pool was wonderful.

The hotel was clean and quite even though it was busy. The pool was nice and had a shower by the pool. The lady at the front desk was nice and polite. The room temperature was good. The hotel included breakfast with the stay but only offered unhealthy grains/carbohydrates. There was no oatmeal, fruit or eggs. There was yogurt and...

This hotel could be so much more; the lobby is pretty, the excersize facility has great equipment and the pool area is very nice too but the rooms are not so. Twice I have stayed and noticed the carpet is very stained an I cleaned, the bathroom had many cobwebs as well as the main area. There were a lot...

Our stay was as expected. Clean Rooms and very friendly staff. We read the reviews prior to booking and we experienced what the majority of reviews stated. Good value. I would stay at this property again.

We stayed one night here on our trip thru the Tunnel of Trees. It was a nice and clean hotel, but a little pricey. I live in a highly populated area and our rooms here are not even close to these costs. I realize that the airport is there and you cater to airline staff, but don't forget about those...

We rented the jacuzzi tub room it was very clean and relaxing the lady at the front desk was very nice when we checked in and I liked the fact that their pool was open late. The bed was comfortable and their was a refrigerator to keep our beverages cool.

The entire staff was very friendly. I only had 2 things that stopped this fromantic being a 5. There was a dirty towel left in the bathroom and the used coffee filter from the person before us was still in the machine. I also wanted to pay in cash but they required a card. I don't like using my cards...
